**Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon-Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **

BEST STAY EVER!

Nice winter getaway
Overall the location was great. Steps from the water. Unaware they were spaying for bugs while we were there, don’t have a problem with the spaying it would have been nice to know. They would have come in even if we weren’t there.- Reviewed On: 2/26/2025

The property was just as listed. Very clean everything worked in condo and was spotless when we arrived. The view of beach was amazing. Super easy to get get downstairs and onto the beach. The beach had chairs and umbrellas we rented. Right next door was pineapple Willy’s. Best Place i have yet to stay in PCB ...
