spent 2 months here. january and february. when we arrived, the condo appeared clean and smelled good. the weather was really good and we missed several days of near minus 35 degrees at home. too bad. our patio seemed to be a little more private than the others. I liked to see security around all of the time. the entire complex appeared to be clean and well taken care of. plenty of parking and luggage racks. already made reservations for next year. here in the same condo.we have been to PCB 4 times now.

We had a great time. Love the location, loved watching the dolphins every morning. Ate at a different restaurant for dinner each night and was never disappointed.

It was our first time staying at a VRBO property I don’t think we’ll use hotels again. The entire process was seamless. The property was immaculate and very spacious. We did have to run out to get additional toiletries, but it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Thank you for supporting military families!!!

Loved our stay! Beautiful beach view from the balcony and the place was very cute and cozy. Right next to Pineapple Willy’s which was fun too! The host was always responsive and gave clear instructions on checking in and out. They were upfront with the limited amenities (kitchen items, cleaning supplies, etc.), but I do wish more of these items could be provided with the stay. Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay again!

Everything the location the comfort the cleanliness i would definitely rate this place 10/10. The view was amazing. Soon as you walk into the apartment you could smell the cleanliness it felt like home. The bed was super comfortable this will definitely be my go to anytime I come to visit. N/a

Our stay was so peaceful. We were so happy with the location and the short distance to the beach. There are two pools in site and that was very nice because if one was full we went to the other. The room was incredible. So clean and just such a welcoming space. We would love to come back!

I really enjoyed staying on Panama City Beach. The condo was nicely decorated with beach decor and had everything I needed. The communication with the property owner was excellent. He had a new coffee maker delivered, since the previous one was not working. There are many great restaurants and activities available in the area. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo.

Condo was so cute and quaint! Just enough space for 2-3 people. Decorated well with an absolutely amazing view of gulf, beach and pool! Easy access with key code. However, didn’t know about armbands and cost to enter properly at the gate and has to be paid in cash which we didn’t have so bring some cash. Would definitely book again!

Elevators were easily accessible and weren’t a long wait! Being located right next to Pineapple Willy’s was great, we definitely took advantage of this a few times! The amenities were clean and had a great family friendly atmosphere.

The place was great. Great view of ocean, nice accommodations inside. The bed was super comfy, walk in shower great. Room for improvement in the kitchen. Pots and pans were terrible! No place to store food, need a dish drainer and provide details about coffeepot, had very difficult time finding filters. Lastly we chose this site because the pictures showed recliners in the living room. Husband sleeps in recliners, there werent any and the couch was very uncomfortable. Disappointed in the false presentment. Great location, there were issues with the beach gate not accepting the code but highly recommend area and condo.

Check in may be at 4pm, but we found out that you can access parking, the pools, and the beach at any point during the day of check in, AND the same goes for check out! This listing was EXACTLY what is shown and was stocked with all the starter supplies too! We enjoyed our stay and would be willing to come back anytime! Thanks!

We absolutely loved this place! Waking up to the ocean was the best part, easy beach access within feet from the room. Parking is easy, restaurants within walking distance.
Everything was positive minus the bed frame, both of us bruised both legs multiple times, it sticks way out, easy to avoid after the first handful of hits lol. Then the sheet, it was to small, would wake up with it off on all corners.
Other than those 2 SMALL things, we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

The unit was nice. We got there on Sunday. I ended up in the ER Sunday. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short by 3 days as I had to be put in the hospital when I returned to Georgia. The unit was very nice. Will stay again when I get better.

We enjoyed our stay. Real joy and owners were very quick to respond when our key lock wasn’t working when we arrived. After entering and letting them know there was no handle on our balcony door, they were quick to send maintenance to get the handle on back order. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the furniture was comfortable! ! We felt right at home. We really enjoyed our room !

Great location. Steps from the beach. Pool is not as big but enjoyable.
As far as the place, was a little hard to get in as we didn’t have the code prior our arrival, but they responded fast.

A vacuum would be very helpful on our stay as sand is part of our daily activities.
