Took a girls trip with my daughter and really enjoyed our stay at Sunbird #402. The room was very nice and had a great view of the pool and beach. It was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. The grounds and pools were also very clean. The condo is gated and we did notice security was quite present which was nice. We would definitely stay again but maybe at a different time of year. Pineapple Willies next door draws a large crowd to the beach in the summer. That might be a plus to someone younger. Great views, clean, but slow wifi!
This condo was very well maintained and clean with everything we needed.Only complaint would be the WiFi connection -- very slow and dropped out frequently on our laptops, phones, and the in-home smart TVs.Also, the Smart TV in the bedroom is very laggy and slow to respond in the menus (in addition to the actual internet connection being choppy).- Reviewed On: 6/30/2025

really enjoyed our stay here! only thing that would've made it better is including the beach chair rentals in with the stay as they can add up but also if bringing your own or only doing a few beach days it's nice to have a cheaper option that's flexible. will definitely stay again next Airbnb yet in PCB- Reviewed On: 6/2/2025

The Perfect Getaway
Enjoyed our stay at 402 Sunbird. The condo was just what was shown on the site. Small and quaint but enough space for me and husband to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. The only drawback was the light bulbs blew in the kitchen and the maintenance man had to make a couple of trips to the condo to fix. All in all, it was great.- Reviewed On: 7/16/2024

Perfect location easy access no issues at all. We had a great view and the beach was wonderful and right outside our location. The room was super clean and just as described. The single negative I have is the bed was so uncomfortable. Not every unit may have the same type of bed so I can’t speak for them all but ours was bad. Very nice condo
