This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area with all new furnishings and with access to the balcony. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony while taking in the warm salty air or end the evening with spectacular sunset views. Sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably there is a queen in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. After a day at the beach, the complex has a gym just steps from your door. Due to building-wide A/C issues, a portable cooling unit has been installed in this property to maintain a comfortable temperature. This was an amazing deal. We were able to come down with my sick mom who can’t walk far distances. This was perfect for her since it is right on the beach and close enough to walk to Pineapple Willys and just a short drive to breakfast, gas stations, and Walmart.- Reviewed On: 6/1/2025

The location was great! Convenient to grocery and other shopping. Parking was easy and guard staff were super nice. Our condo faced the beach. The beach was a 1 minute walk which is where we spent the majority of our time. Balcony was an excellent place to drink morning coffee or sit in the evening and watch the sunset. Facilities were clean and as advertised. Family friendly environment; quiet and also pretty private. Kitchen had all the major appliances, dishes, and necessary utensils. As mentioned on RealJoy and Vrbo websites, "improvements are taking place at Sunbird Condominiums throughout 2023 and into 2024. These property updates will require certain unit balconies and pools to be closed and completely inaccessible, potentially throughout the guest's entire stay depending on the phase of construction. The main pool will be closed early Spring and is expected to remain closed until further notice. We apologize for any noise or other inconveniences you may encounter while these improvements are being made. Due to these circumstances, we have discounted rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings.
