Enjoy panoramic Gulf views from the spacious balcony, unwind by your private pool after a day at the beach, and take advantage of the covered carport for convenient parking. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals, with seating for seven at the dining table and four more at the breakfast bar. The open-concept first floor is designed for gathering, with a bright living area showcasing stunning Gulf views, a large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step onto the expansive front deck to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises, then return in the evening to watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. Also on the first floor are two spacious king suites. The master suite features a beautifully updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second king bedroom has access to a full shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient laundry room is also located on this level.

Upstairs, kids and adults alike will love the cozy loft featuring two twin beds with a twin trundle, all with incredible Gulf views. The second floor also offers a third king bedroom. You will also find a walk-in shower on this floor, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Whether you're spending your days lounging by the private pool, walking across the street to the beach, or enjoying unforgettable sunsets from the balcony, Sun and Sand is the perfect place to make lasting family memories along Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast.

Sun and Sand is still close enough to enjoy all the shopping, dining, and fun that Scenic 30A has to offer. Only a short commute to be able to enjoy the bike paths bordering the length of Scenic 30A, while visiting the shops and restaurants in nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and iconic Seaside Beach. The community is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and many other activities in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Destin, and Panama City. There are great bike paths, lakes, the beach, and state parks nearby to provide plenty of outdoor activities.

Area Attractions:

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

“The Big Chill” is an incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby.  The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. A stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
