Summit at Tops'l 714 is a seventh floor 2BR/2BA condo in Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. This unit features tile and carpet flooring, full kitchen, stackable washer/dryer, quartz counter tops, and a large balcony with gulf views that is accessible from the living room! With a king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely space sleeps 6. Make this your next beach vacation, and you'll be just steps from the pool and a short stroll (about 400 yards) to the beach, at Summit at Tops'l 714!

At the highest point of Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort, The Summit is right in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and Topsail Hill State Preserve. There are 600 feet of private, sugar white beaches and amenities galore including a Gulf Front Pool (heated in winter), Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Community Grills, and Walking and Jogging Trails, making The Summit at Tops'l the place for the perfect beach vacation!

Adventure Zone Attractions consist of a Zip Line - experience an aerial view of the Village and its surrounding areas, Sky Trail Ropes Course, Tower Climb, and the Eurobungy. Silver Sands Factory Stores is one of the premier factory outlets in Florida, acclaimed as the nation’s largest designer outlet center.

If you want relaxation, check out Topsail Hill State Preserve. It is almost totally undeveloped, and this 1600-acre parcel of land encompasses some of the most beautiful terrains in the state. Freshwater lakes, pine forests, towering sand dunes, and a host of wildlife occupy the area, nature trails that wind through the preserve, and more than three miles of breathtaking beaches.

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs, and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The location was better than pictures. The views from the main bedroom window was amazing to wake up to! It is a corner unit on the 7th floor, so we kept the blinds mostly open. We had to be relocated due to an A/C issue at our original location. We were given various options to choose from. We were not disappointed. The shuttle to the beach was nice for small ones and heavy items, but the walk to the beach out the back by the pool was easy. No beach towels, toys, or chairs in the unit. There is box down the steps to the left of the tiki bar before you access the beach. It has items to borrow and return. We found beach chairs, a boogie board, and beach toys. Bought beach towels. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed worked for small children. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beach Splendor

Wonderful welcome to this corner unit with soft jazz and lights on for our arrival. Spectacular views from the living area and master bedroom, well stocked. Short walk to beach. Heated pool and hot tub. Quick elevators, easy keypad entry, bike racks for building. Twin beds in second bedroom. Loved area, quiet, upscale, Close to restaurants and Topsail Hill preserve State Park.

This place has absolutely gorgeous views and was just right for our family of four. The beach is just steps away and the pool was also great. The management company was very responsive — they have their own app for communicating but also responded through airbnb messaging.
The place did have a few wonky/hard-used fixtures, like towel racks. But the service was easy to notify and right on top of it.

We came here for a baseball tournament this was a great place for my family of 4 and our niece everything was clean and beds were so comfortable. Gated community with lots of things to do around and close to everything fun in Destin!

We had a wonderful welcome to this corner unit with soft jazz and lights on upon our arrival. View was spectacular from both windows in master and deck of living area. Coffee pots, hair dryer, kitchen and glassware well stocked. Short walk to the beach, lovely hot tub and heated pool for this tower. Easy parking in the lot, quick elevators, easy keypad entry. Quick response times from host by text and email. Smaller second bedroom, but I am perplexed by this unit’s rating as I thought it fabulous. Loved the area, quiet, great restaurants, and close to a Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

We stayed in this condo for just over 6 weeks during January and February. We had no issues. Condo was clean and tidy when we arrived. This unit is in an older building. It has a wonderful view as it is a corner unit on 7th floor. We could see the ocean In 2 directions from master bedroom. If you open the front door and look out you can see yet another view of surrounding area.
Master bedroom was spacious.
Plenty of parking in the outside lot. No parking garage to have to deal with.
Furniture and cabinets could be updated. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.
We found Topsy’l resort to be very quiet.
Beach from this condo is just a short walk. Not bad at all.
Never had to wait long for an elevator.
We liked having grocery carts available to haul grocery bags to our condo. ( as well as luggage carts for our luggage)
Our experience overall was positive. And we would stay here again.

The beach view was beautiful! The only problem we had the dishwasher was broken. So i had to hand wash dishes on my vacation. But they did buy plastic cups, plates and cultrey which was pretty awesome. I would recommend that anyone stays here! You will enjoy it. Its about 5 min walk from the beach, depending on what floor you are on. If i could give it 10 stars i would. Another thing Destin is an all white town. So don't be surprised like we were when we got there. The black people work in the town they don't live there.

Well decorated, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The miniature golf course was much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the views, and the kitchen was nice and well equipped. We have stayed in many other units and feel this one was one of the best. Maybe we will return if the opportunity presents itself. It would be nice to have a recliner in the living room. The one side chair is worn badly. The closet door handles need replaced....but no major complaints. Nice place.

Nice Place

Loved almost everything about this condo. Quick walk to the beach or a shuttle is available. 18 hole putt putt course. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Great view. Decor is starting to look dated but was good quality. There was a panty liner sticker stuck on top of the dresser which made me question the cleaning service. We brought our own disinfecting wipes and wiped everything down. Wild stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We had 4 adults and a baby and this was a very comfortable stay, but we aren't very picky. A perfect rare corner unit with windows facing southeast AND southwest. I've been coming to Destin for 30 years, and Tops'l is by far my favorite. A true first-class resort without the crowds and traffic of Sandestin. On the edge of Mirimar Beach, it's the shortest drive to Seaside for dinner from anywhere in Destin.
