The Summit at Tops’l 403 is a fourth-floor condo in Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Step out onto the spacious balcony and soak in the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline! This condo features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer, granite countertops, double vanities in the master bedroom, and a balcony that is accessible from the living room and master suite! With a king bed in the master and two full beds in the second guest room, this lovely space sleeps 6. There is also a queen sized blow up mattress in the unit. Make this your next beach vacation, and you'll be just steps from the pool and a short stroll (about 400 yards) to the beach!

At the highest point of Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort, The Summit is right in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and Topsail Hill State Preserve. There are 600 feet of private, sugar white beaches and amenities galore including a Gulf Front Pool (heated in winter), Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, Community Grills, and Walking and Jogging Trails, making The Summit at Tops'l the place for the perfect beach vacation!

Adventure Zone Attractions consist of a Zip Line - experience an aerial view of the Village and its surrounding areas, Sky Trail Ropes Course, Tower Climb, and the Eurobungy. The Events Plaza always has a lineup of concerts and entertainment year-round! OR shop til you drop! Silver Sands Factory Stores is one of the premier factory outlets in Florida, acclaimed as the nation’s largest designer outlet center.

If you want relaxation, check out Topsail Hill State Preserve. It is almost totally undeveloped, and this 1600-acre parcel of land encompasses some of the most beautiful terrains in the state. Freshwater lakes, pine forests, towering sand dunes, and a host of wildlife occupy the area, nature trails that wind through the preserve, and more than three miles of breathtaking beaches.

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs, and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Spring break

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and there was a lot for the kids to do. They were places nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We didn't even go through a tank of gas. Our condo was wonderful. Only suggestions are it would be nice to have a dish towel and dish cloth and maybe a blanket. But we had a fabulous time!

Beautiful condo near the beach

We stayed here in July for a family trip. The place was clean with plenty of bedding and all the amenities you could want. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings when we could no longer be at the beach. Remember to bring your umbrella and chairs for the beach or you can rent one at the beach for 55 a day. The walk to the beach from the facility is a bit longer than I expected but my children ages 9 and up were able to make it without much complaint. Parking was easy and the location was close to plenty of shopping and dining. We did visit the outlet mall not far from us and kids loved that too.

Great property

We stayed here with 4 adults plus a 3 year old, the property was large enough to accommodate us. We originally didn’t know how far the beach was but it was a super close walk- they do offer a shuttle as well, but if your good with a 3-4 minute walk you can easily walk it even with children. The pool beside the building was heated so that was nice and the putt putt course was a nice little added bonus! Would stay there again!

Great place

It's a perfect property with short walk to beach access, a pool and hottub next to the building! There's also a pool down by the beach, with a bar! You can sit on the beach right in front of the property, there is a small specific owners only section, but tons of space to set up Beach chairs and umbrellas. I'd definitely recommend this property, and will be booking at Tops'l again.

This location was perfect, short distance to Santa Rosa and Destin. Short 3-5 minute walk to the beach or we could call the free golf cart service for a ride. The pictures of the condo were accurate and was clean- the condo was very spacious and there was plenty of room for 4 people. Plenty of parking spaces were available as well for free. RealJoy was quick to respond and fix a minor problem with AC after a HVAC company installed a new AC unit.

Had an amazing long weekend! This condo is updated, clean, and has everything you need. Even though it isn’t beachfront the walk to the gorgeous Oceanside pool area and beach is so convenient you barely notice. On-site staff is extremely nice and the bartenders at the pool bar are top notch. Also enjoyed a short walk to the oceans club restaurant. Will certainly be back!
