The Summit at Tops’l 212 is a second-floor condo in Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This home features new flooring, a full kitchen with a new dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer, granite countertops, double vanities in the master bedroom, and a balcony that is accessible from the living room and master suite! With a king bed in the master and twin beds in the second guest room, this lovely space sleeps 4. Make this your next beach vacation, and you'll be just steps from the pool and a short stroll (about 400 yards) to the beach!

At the highest point of Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort, The Summit is right in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and Topsail Hill State Preserve. There are 600 feet of private, sugar white beaches and amenities galore including a Pool, Hot Tub, Community Grills, and Walking and Jogging Trails, making The Summit at Tops'l the place for the perfect beach vacation!

Adventure Zone Attractions consist of a Zip Line - experience an aerial view of the Village and its surrounding areas, Sky Trail Ropes Course, Tower Climb, and the Eurobungy. If you want relaxation, check out Topsail Hill State Preserve. It is almost totally undeveloped, and this 1600-acre parcel of land encompasses some of the most beautiful terrains in the state. Freshwater lakes, pine forests, towering sand dunes, and a host of wildlife occupy the area, nature trails that wind through the preserve, and more than three miles of breathtaking beaches.

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs, and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was amazing. Quick walk to the beach. But free shuttle provided too if you didn't want to take the quick 2 min walk. Unit was impeccably clean. Every amenity you could need in the kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Much bigger than what the pictures portrayed. Very spacious. Nice size balcony. Comfy furniture. Such an amazing cozy beachy feel. Easy in and out. The owner emailed easy to follow instructions to get in. Pools are so cute and well-kept. Main pool has a bar with drinks and food.And in bathrooms accessible from the beach. Beach is beautiful. Everything you could have ever wanted. Highly recommend. Quick 9 minute drive to downtown Miramar and 12 minutes from Destin. Very safe and secure gated location also.Definitely would rent this unit again. Really nice experience!

Great beach oasis!

Everything was beautiful. We did not want to leave. Will definitely book more days next time. The evening gate keeper was so nice and helpful. It was wonderful to be greeted by a smile coming and leaving the resort. We went to the bistro at the fitness center and was treated rudely by the hostess. She made it clear that we had to take our food to go and we were not welcomed there.
