Summerspell 303 is a one-bedroom/one-bath condo across the street from the gorgeous beach. This charming condo offers gulf front views without the gulf front prices! With a King in the bedroom, twin over twin hallway bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa, this condo can sleep 6 guests. Open up your french doors in the mornings and enjoy coffee on your own private balcony as you take in the spectacular views. Summerspell is a beautiful, intimate complex with only 30 units, located just down the street from Pompano Joe’s. The immaculately maintained lush landscaping features palm trees, tropical shrubs, and flowers. Directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Miramar Beach, Summerspell has a seasonally heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ grilling area, and on-site laundry. Don’t forget to snorkel around the Dolphin Reef, comprised of 79 individual EcoSystem Reefs just off Miramar Beach!

You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our favorite place

This was our second time at this property. We love it here and will return as soon as we can. It’s a perfect location to the beach. It was clean and quiet. Close to everything. Management was very professional and accommodating when we had to change our dates. I will definitely recommend! Thank you for another amazing vacation!

Great location, clean, fully equipped.

We had such a great time. The view was amazing. November temperatures were 80-90 degrees. King size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 8-10 towels, 2 kitchen towels and 1 dish cloth, small dish soap to start the vacation. Remember this is to help start the vacation. The washer and dryer is downstairs at the bottom of the steps. Hot tub and pool were cleaned daily. We are looking forward to returning next year. The dishwasher was broken was the only appliance not working.

Easy beach access

Condo was clean and had plenty of dishes, pots/pans etc. They even provided some beach towels so we didn’t have to use the ones we brought. Great if you don’t want to be right in the middle of the strip but a very short walk to beach access. This condo is listed for up to 6 people . In my opinion that would be way too crowded. The hot tub was out of service during our stay. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again. Only thing I didn’t really like was our parking permit had our unit number on it . I think that could potentially be a safety concern.

Great location!

I really enjoyed the location and the view from balcony. The room has rental has some minor issues that need attention. The door knob to balcony is worn out and doesn’t work properly, the entry door key pad did not work correctly the last 2 days and I called and no one responded to the issue. The curtains over doors at balcony need cleaning and the commode and some dishes was dirty upon arrival.

Close to beach

The unit was clan and had everything you need . Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the balcony. The owner has beach chairs an umbrella and even a beach cart for renters use. We had 3 adults staying in our unit and it was very comfortable.
