The primary bedroom features a cozy queen bed and flat-screen TV, with convenient access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for added privacy. Kiddos will love the twin-over-twin bunks tucked neatly in the hall, while the living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step outside to the covered porch—ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease. You’re just a short stroll to both the beach and the pool, making it easy to soak up the best of coastal living. On-site amenities include a seasonally heated pool, outdoor hot tub, BBQ grilling area, and coin-operated laundry on each floor. Summerspell is a beautiful, intimate complex with only 30 units, located just down the street from Pompano Joe’s. The immaculately maintained lush landscaping features palm trees, tropical shrubs, and flowers. Directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Miramar Beach, Summerspell has a seasonally heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ grilling area, and on-site laundry. Don’t forget to snorkel around the Dolphin Reef, comprised of 79 individual EcoSystem Reefs just off Miramar Beach!

You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
