Close to the beach, lots of options for food around close and just great place to rest The WiFi / internet was having issues, a not sure why but the cable box was unplugged from the TV and subwoofer for the surround was also unplugged. Not really sure why those thing were like that when we arrived.

Great stay for my family of 5 with a baby. Short walk to the beach, and close amenities. The pool was great, and the house was comfortable. If you’re staying for longer than 4 days, I would advise to bring extra trash bags, the Airbnb only provided 2, for a week’s stay. That was truly the only con, overall, I recommend this cozy airbnb.

The hosts were very proactive, the space was beautiful and the beach is walking distance with lots of restaurants too! There is a fence that separates units 1-10 and 19-20, so Maps can be a little unreliable, and the hosts do require a 3rd party sign in for the passkey. Still highly recommend, beautiful clean space!

Great location, clean, very responsive hosts. only negative is listing says 700 yards to the beach, which it is, but the entrance to the beach is much further. must enter at the public area by Pompano Joe's. misleading. Overall, I would recommend but be prepared to walk further for access.

This Airbnb was everything we were looking for and more! The location was perfect—just a five-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to spend time by the water whenever we wanted. We also loved how many great restaurants and shops were within walking distance.
The home itself was super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer which came in really handy. The backyard pool was a huge plus—it felt like our own little oasis. The neighborhood was peaceful with no loud neighbors, so we were able to fully relax throughout our stay.
We did have a minor issue with the Wi-Fi and the downstairs TV, but as soon as I mentioned it, the hosts immediately sent someone over to fix it. They even brought us donuts to apologize for the inconvenience, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and well decorated everything worked and we had no issues with anything inside the condo. The community pool was very nice and being right next to an Alvin's Island was a plus. Great food and awesome Beach access is only a few minute golf cart ride away. The only thing we didn't like was the amount of parking. We had two vehicles and rented a golf cart so parking was tricky. I wish the property had a spot just for golf carts since that's a preferred mode of transportation for the area.

We enjoyed our stay here with our kids and grandkids for their spring break. The home is very nice and well kept.
It is a little hard to find since it is set behind another bulding. You do have 2 parking spaces available as long as someone else does not park in your spots. It was okay for us as we only had one vehicle there at a time. The pool is right outside the back door which is great. The beach may be only 700 yards away but the access to the public beach is farther than that. The beach is beautiful white sand and is not full of shells so easy to walk on barefoot. Overall a very nice place to visit and this place is very well located to the beach. You will enjoy your stay here.

Excellent location! Private parking lot! Five minutes walking distance to the public beach! Lovely house! The alley entrance is a little hard to find in the first time. And we got the wrong door code at first, luckily we arrived at their working time, so solved very fast. Just keep in mind to double check the door code if you arrive late.

The condo is perfect for a family get away, and the location is hard to beat. Only issue we had was finding the driveway leading to the condo, description made it sound easy and GPS did get us to the general location however, the sign was not very visible and was in fact blocked from one direction by the large white fence surrounding Alvin’s Island. Once we found the driveway, that looked like an alley everything was fine. Communication with Management company was easy and they were very responsive. It is definitely a place we would look to rent again.

We had a great time! This place definitely has everything you could need. The most abundant amount of kitchenware, glassware, etc. that you could need, a keurig and a coffeemaker. It was a very clean and spacious unit and it was close to the beach. It is a 5 minute walk tops to the beach which is a great deal for the price. It is one of the few Airbnb’s I have been to where I did not feel like I needed to go buy essentials. There is also a spacious space in the backyard to walk around as well as a pool. The balcony is well equipped with chairs and a porch swing which was awesome. This place just had a little bit of everything making it a great stay.
Check-in and out was so smooth. The check-out inspector did show up slightly early (as they say it is possible for them to be a little early or a little late) but he simply just checked with us in the unit as we were loading the car. He told us there is no rush and if he was in the way to just tell him. I can not speak highly enough of this unit and RealJoy. Just book it!

the place was amazing, walking distance to the beach access at Merriam Beach. there was also an Alvin's Island literally next to the Airbnb if you are a souvenir connoisseur. everything was relatively close, everything was within 5 to 10 minutes as far as shopping centers, gas stations, Walmart, restaurants etc. a perfect getaway for a great price! they have all kind of cooking utensils if you want to prepare a great breakfast for your family and also a pool in the backyard which is super convenient
