The first level features the kitchen, open living and dining area, and a half bath. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony! The guest room with a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds is also on this level along with another full bath, sleeping a total of 8 guests comfortably. Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Enjoyed & extended our stay. Would stay again , 5-7 min walk to the beach. Wish more was supplied as far as toiletries, paper towels, washing pods, trash bags. Beach toys we bought were added to what was there. (No chairs or umbrella).

This place was comfortable for my family of 8 (Teenagers/Adults). We had access to a pool out the back door and to be honest used it more than I thought we would.
The beach was a short walk but with the private access to beach had to walk a little further than anticipated. But it was a non issue and you can drive to public parking in 2 min. You’ll need to get to the public parking lot early to secure a spot for the beach.
Two parking spots available and no one tried to use them the entire stay. Neighbors and others on vacation were super friendly.
I would suggest this place to anyone looking and reading this review. It’s not a huge place but it’s plenty of room to call home for that week of vacation.

Good Family Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean and not sandy on arrival. The kitchen had a good selection of essentials. The back door lock did not catch(we used the rod), the master bath door didn't close right, and there were various areas where the paint or trim work was poorly done or needed a touch up, but these did not detract too much. We enjoyed parking 5 feet from the front door and having 3 smart TV's. The pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures but the kids enjoyed having a deep end.
