In the master bedroom, you will find a new king mattress, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest room has 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Gaze across the endless gulf shoreline from your private beachfront balcony or unwind with your loved ones. The resort offers one of the most luxurious pool decks in the area, with a seasonal tiki bar to grab a poolside snack or beverage. Come see why the fun never stops at Summerhouse 1012C!

Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, Summerhouse Condominium is an 11-story resort. It is minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, fabulous water, amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Guests staying in this resort will have access to many exciting amenities, including 2 large swimming pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, and a beachfront gazebo area with tables and chairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean, never heard neighbors, and being the first week of June the beach was not crowded like I expected. The only con was the sliding glass door being hard to open. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great to stay. Nice view, Kitchen stocked, beds comfortable. Would suggest a really good dusting. Especially behind wall pieces in the master bedroom. Also, make sure the beach service is communicated with the front desk. I had to call several times to get the unit added to the free beach service. Other than that, great stay! Would stay here again!
