With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there's plenty of space for everyone to soak up the sun. On the first floor, discover a lovely bedroom with a full-size bed and an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower. This floor also provides access to the garage, perfect for storing beach toys, coolers, and accessories (please note, no parking allowed in the garage). Ascend to the second floor and find the Master bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed and a master ensuite boasting a shower/tub combo and double vanity. The second guest bedroom on this floor offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Prepare to be amazed on the third floor, where an open floor plan awaits. Step into the fully stocked kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious beachside meals. Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can be also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids Splash Pool. The nearby Aaron Bessant Park hosts a Summer Concert Series!

We had a really great stay! The cottage is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable! Perfect for the 4 of us! It is a very shirt 5 minute walk to Pier Park. And the beach is even closer!! Also the management company running the AirBnB is extremely friendly, accommodating, and very responsive! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

It’s was a perfect fit! Lots of room on each level! Garage was great to have for all of the coolers and beach/fishing poles! Beds were comfy. Patio was great in morning and evenings! Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of eating space! We bought groceries and had delivered upon arrival. Pool was great to relax in with the family when we had double red flags! Walking distance was great for older ones to go out and enjoy Pier Park in evenings. Public access to ocean was directly across from houses! Bring your pillows is all I can recommend.

This was our first time at Summer Town Cottage, we enjoy it. It was close to Pier Park. We enjoy walking there everyday. Didn't have to fight traffic or parking. The beach access was across from where we stay. They text to ask if we need anything. They had the key lock pad so easy access to the place. They had beach chairs, tent, umbrella, beach cart, floaties for the kids. So we didn't have to bring ours. Definitely would book there again.
