Summer Haven North #11 is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless when we arrived, and everything matched the listing perfectly. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, so the entire process felt simple and stress-free. Everything in the home was well-maintained, with no issues at all with the appliances or air conditioning. The location is beautiful and convenient, making it easy to enjoy everything Miramar Beach has to offer. We felt the quality of the accommodations was well beyond what we paid. We would absolutely stay here again (and will be next year). Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free vacation rental.
