This freshly painted 4BR, 3.5BA home boasts beach views from ALL 3 floors, balcony access from the 1st two floors, and sleeps 10 comfortably. The first floor consists of two guest rooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin over full bunk beds. The kitchen and living space is on the second floor, along with the laundry room. The third floor has a king master and a guest room a queen bed. With the BEACH as your backyard and brand new flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, this Miramar Beach townhome will make your next vacation one to remember!

Cast a Waves is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. Very beautiful! Amazing lication! Very close to the beach. We were at the beach within seconds of leaving the house. Wonderful place to stay with a large family and lots of kids.
The different levels of the house allowed for quiet and loud areas without disruption.
The porches were spacious and furniture comfortable.
RealJoy was very receptive and reached out to make sure our arrival and departure was smooth.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beachfront Airbnb! The home had plenty of space for our family of 12, and the master bedroom offered a stunning view of the beach. The place was spacious with a beautiful view. Two of the bedrooms had balconies overlooking the beach, which made the stay even more special. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes, making it easy to cook for our large family. The nice grill was a great bonus—it allowed us to enjoy grilling while staying close to the beach. I would definitely come back to this place again!

The location can't be beat. Stepping off the steps at the back balcony onto the beach makes it ideal.
The unit was clean, all appliances worked great, A/C worked great and there was plenty of hot water.
We did have a very minor maintenance issue, but it was promptly taken care of. They worked around our schedule and communicated well during the repair.

The beach house was fantastic. Our family was in town for a music festival and the location was perfect. Staying on the beach was fantastic. Early morning and late night walks on the beach were the best ways to start and end our days. We also rented kayaks, which were delivered to us on the beach. It was an incredible getaway. The location of this townhouse was exactly what we wanted! Getting to walk straight out onto the beach was perfect!
The townhouse is older which we expected, and there had been quite a bit of remodeling done. We would have liked more supplies like trash bags and dishwasher tablets since we stayed five days.
I noticed on other reviews that some mentioned roaches, so I was a little nervous. We were very pleased that we did not see any bugs!
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend the townhouse to others!

Great location. The beach access is only available thru the condo which is challenging. Very comfortable beds. Beach access only thru rental. Bathrooms with tubs only available in bedrooms. The bunk bed room gets hot only has window unit air. The air conditioner is right on top of the lower bunk bed.

It was wonderful! Great location! The place was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The downstairs rooms were chilly, especially the master, and we noted that it would likely be too warm in the summer with only a window unit in the bunk room. The walk right out onto the back was perfect and we enjoyed our visit so much.

We loved our stay at Cast a Waves for a girls beach trip! The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed being just steps away from the beach. The kitchen wasn’t stocked super well for “real” cooking but had all the bare necessities and we mostly ate out and about. I will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay! The communication was fantastic and the location, as everyone says, it’s ocean front right on the beach! We went during a heat wave. Temps were 90+ and the down stairs was very hot. The air conditioner was blasting at 70 but it was no match. The floors were radiating heat and the closet and bathroom were like saunas. They had 2 box fans and a rotating fan. We put those on all day & night and got ready upstairs. We kept the down stairs doors shut and curtains pulled. I did report the issue. I don’t know if it’s a quick fix. Hopefully it’s not an issue when it’s cooler. However it was not ideal for our weekend. We were only there 3 nights and the fans helped at night for sleeping but it was still warm. Just a heads up!

Looking for a townhouse directly on the beach?? Look no further! This was the ideal spot for privacy and as close to the water as you can get. We loved our stay as a large family and first big family get away. The only thing I can even think to say negative is the parking. It’s super tight 😬 this unit has been almost completely remodeled. What an amazing property located right on the beach. It takes about 20 steps from the back deck to hit the sand. My family and I had a wonderful time at this property and can’t wait to visit again! The beds were super comfy; we had more than enough pillows, towels… they really keep this place well stocked. A huge bonus and surprise was there’s a private outdoor shower located at the bottom floor so everyone was able to wash off before coming in the house which meant so much to me being that we were a family of 9 staying for 5 days. This property is located in a great location. Winn Dixie is 2 minutes away, the Golf cart rental place is next to Winn Dixie, restaurants and shopping are all within 5 minutes of this property! We had a blast and I must say, this is one of the best places we have stayed HANDS DOWN!
If we had any issues, RealJoy was quick to respond and took care of everything promptly. I give them 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you for an amazing and memorable vacation.
