Come stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Sugar Beach C-2. You are only steps away from the pristine Gulf of Mexico. While staying at Sugar Beach you are conveniently located in the heart of Panama City Beach and Thomas Dr. Golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and amusement parks are within walking distance.

**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, with no exceptions.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**All guests must check in at the front desk to receive the parking pass and armbands for the stay. Parking fees are $35 per vehicle if staying less than 21 days and $40 per vehicle if staying over 21 days. (Parking fee subject to change) If traveling with a trailer, there is a fee of $100 per parking spot plus the cost of the vehicle. **

Sugar Beach is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach near the peaceful, eastern end of Thomas Drive. Loaded with amenities, the complex offers a gulf-front pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, grilling areas, and a clubhouse! Please note there is no elevator at this property. You’ll be surrounded by local eateries including a short walk to Spinnaker Beachside Grill. Also close by is Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 6-11 minute drive.

Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

The only problem with the unit is the Door makes a loud squeaking sound when it’s opened or closed other then that the unit was perfect !

The air wasn't working when we arrived, but they promptly brought portable units out and had the central air working the very next day. There were no problems during our stay. The condo was nice, comfortable, and clean.

Great place. clean. Good location. Easy acto pool and beach. Our only downfall was, a bar and grill across from our side of the condominium that played loud music all night and our 2 children had the rooms up front. By the way the rooms are set up. But otherwise a great stay. We plan on going back in the future!

Issues C-2

The bathroom has no air vents. The sofa sleeper wasn't even fit for a dog to sleep on , we had to put a air mattress on top of it. I have stayed at several units at Sugar Beach of this would be my last recommendation. Also I had 2 charges on my credit card that was not on the contract that I signed and sent back to Realjoy.

Quick Getaway

I have to say with everything in the area being so busy this was a very calm and laid back place to relax. We enjoyed not only the room but the area as a whole. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

It was a very pleasant visit. We enjoyed it VERY much.

Those services were not available through this property, that Inknew of. Lights did not work on the balcony. The sofa bed was most uncomfortable. The vacuum cleaner suction really was not good. The door lock, either we didn’t know how to operate it, or it might need to be looked. Otherwise, it was great trip, and interaction by text and phone calls were very professional and the return contact was quick. Thank you.

Bike week

The view was okay, I was under the impression it was on the beach but we did have a little pond for a view. The water pressure for the showers was excellent lol. Very cute & very clean.

Nice get away

the property was very clean and nice. Bigger than expected as well. I definitely recommend. The only thing is I thought we were closer to the beach than we were. It wasn't a deal breaker though.
