Sterling Shores 916 is a beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo located in the heart of Destin. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a large balcony with views of the Gulf. With a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, Sterling Shores 916 comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Enjoy two community pools, including a beachfront pool, or head straight out to the beach just 100 feet away. Sterling Shores 916 is a great choice for a fun family vacation or romantic getaway to the Gulf Coast!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11 story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guest for $45/day or $225/week plus tax and booking fee. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!

The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Area Attractions:

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Sterling Shores is truly in the heart of Destin.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

We had a great time. Resort was nice and location was great. One thing that could be better-is the uncleanliness of the grills. Someone needs to be assigned to cleaning them at least twice a week. We spent almost 40 minutes cleaning the grill before we could use it. We heard other guest complained about the same issue.

Amazing stay at this condo. Location to beach was perfect! Views were amazing. Both pools were great could have used a little more attention to cleaning the sticks and items out but wasn’t as big deal. No problems with noise after the 10pm quiet time. Short drive to anywhere in the Destin area. Walmart, target, and 2 grocery stores a short 3 -5 minute drive away to stock up on food and beverages. Only downside was the 10ft section of beach non chair and umbrella renters could use for 60.00 a day. If you wanted to be close to the water you have to rent. Everything else was absolutely amazing would highly recommend and we will be back!

The condo was nice with great beach view. I was worried about not being right on the beach. However, this was not an issue at all. It was easy to access the private beach and only a short walk. The main pool was large so never felt crowded. The landscaping around the condo was beautiful.

Condo has a beautiful view of the ocean & pool. Loved the big tropical pool area & the beach bar with chair service! Easy walk to beach too. Very nice place, about 3 minutes walk to the beach, for $50 a day you can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach, nice balcony with a sun bed and 2 chairs, very good view and next to lots of restaurants

Great Beach Access and awesome location
