Sterling Shores 718 is a gorgeous newly remodeled condo that boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with stools, and Gulf views. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it suitable for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with two twin beds. The living room offers a sofa sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV is also provided. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony, which is situated on the 7th floor of the building. This gated community has a variety of amenities for you to enjoy, including a 4,300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, a gulf-front pool, a commercial grill area, a picnic area, and an exercise room. 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping and 240 feet of beachfront. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Beach chair service includes 1 umbrella and two chairs. The season begins March 1st and ends October 31st.*

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guests for $45/day or $225/week plus tax and booking fee. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!

The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Area Attractions:

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Happy Ours is in a wonderful location.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Great condo very clean, modern and spacious. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach. The only issue was the condo across the street was being sandblasted and it was noisy during the day but that wasn’t the owner’s fault. Things like that cannot be helped. We shut the sliding door and it was very quiet. Really a beautiful place and would definitely go back! We loved it.

This location was fantastic! Everything is as described! The amenities are wonderful, access to everything is simple, and the communication throughout the stay was great.

The location of this particular condo is just across from the Elevator and for us there was no extra noise but only a very short walk with all our beach essentials. It was also super convenient when leaving the building going to and from the car. The view from inside the master bedroom and the main area from the 7th floor is incredible. Our family loved it and hopefully will return again for another stay.

With a family of 5, this place was perfect. Plenty of space inside the unit. Wonderful pool, an even better private beach access WITH 2 chairs and umbrella included. You just have to tell the person your room number. Great seafood just a 2 minute walk away. Views from the unit were well worth every penny. Everything is accessed by gate codes (beach access, property access, fitness center, the unit). Tip: screenshot the list of the access codes and give them the people you’re staying with so everyone has access to all the amenities. Overall, we strongly recommend this Airbnb.

Overall, our stay was wonderful! The condo and the view was beautiful! Our only complaints would be that some of the dishes were dirty when we got them out of the cabinets, the two twin beds were VERY uncomfortable, the large balcony door did not have a working lock, and the oven would shut off while in use due to a sensor error.

We really enjoyed our stay. Host is very responsive and flexible when we need help. They even helped us to check in early and check out late as we had little kids. Also they waived off $50 fees for the pool band which we lost during our stay. That’s so awesome. I think we found a good host and we are going to return to Destin and going to take same condo from RealJoy. Highly recommended RealJoy! Five stars!
