This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Start each day with stunning ocean views from your private balcony, and enjoy preparing a meal in the well-stocked kitchen for the whole family. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the guest room has a full bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for up to 6 guests. Relax and unwind at one of the two community pools, including a beachfront pool, or take a short 100-foot walk to the sparkling white sand beaches. Sterling Shores 616 is the perfect choice for a family retreat or a romantic escape to the beautiful Gulf Coast.

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guests for $45/day or $225/week, plus tax and booking fee. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!

The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Area Attractions:

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Sterling Shores is truly in the heart of Destin.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shops.

Place is really great. Super clean, great pool and close to the beach. This is not the hosts fault, but the condo does not really enforce the rules such as no smoking so can be some smell from that. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

This place is a prime location. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach , pool, or Back porch restaurant ! It was a very short drive to other restaurants or the nearby Walmart which ended up being frequented more than we would have liked ! There are several attractions in close proximity to sterling shores !
The swimming pool is great if you have little kids as it is more shallow on one end and has a waterfall. The beach itself is also very nice for little ones as the water is very shallow at first with multiple sandbars .
The view from the unit looked even more beautiful than the pictures! We loved sitting on the balcony each day .Our hosts were super attentive . The place has everything you need for some fun in the sun . The unit was very clean and has what you need for a comfortable stay , including dishes / cookware . We were thrilled to visit the Emerald coast for the first time and are already hoping to come back and book here in this same location again .

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze.
