Introducing Sterling Shores 607, an exquisitely decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium nestled in the vibrant heart of Destin. This condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen and convenient washer and dryer amenities. Greet each morning with breathtaking ocean views from your own private balcony. The master bedroom features a spacious king bed, while the guest room offers a full-over-queen bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Dive into relaxation at two community pools, one of which is beachfront, or stroll just 100 feet to the pristine shores. Sterling Shores 607 is an ideal choice for an enjoyable family retreat or a romantic escape to the enchanting Gulf Coast.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guests for $45/day or $225/week plus tax and booking fee. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!

The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Sterling Shores is truly in the heart of Destin.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

My stay at Sterling Shores unit 607 was amazing! The condo was clean, decorated in a fun, relaxing manner and the only issue was the curtains were falling in the master suite. However, RealJoy offered to fix the next day and I appreciate that they called and texted to check on my stay. The best customer service and easy check in / out. Location is wonderful and the pools were great. I can’t say enough good things.

Sterling Shores was everything and more than what was described in the pictures. Clean, beautifully decorated and it was the perfect Ocean retreat. The staff at RealJoy communicated well and when I mentioned a curtain rod was coming down, they offered to come the next morning and fix it. Plus, they checked in with me to see if my stay was going well. I have only positive things to say about my experience with RealJoy and the Condo.

This condo was exactly as pictured. We were extremely pleased with it. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the short walk to the beach is very convenient especially with young children. The pools are great and the grounds are well kept. We had stayed at Sterling Shores before but this condo was much nicer than our last. It is very updated and comfortable. We had one small problem with the AC and it was fixed within the hour, RealJoy was very responsive and great communication. The HOA was doing construction on the outside of the building so there was loud noise during the day at times but nothing RealJoy had control over. And we were compensated for it. We would absolutely stay at this condo again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and looked mostly like the photos. I gave cleanliness and accurate description a 4/5 stars because there was someone's leftover food left in the microwave upon our arrival and the guest room with the bunk bed appears much larger in the photos. The only recommendation I'd make is having box fans available. The guest room doesn't have a ceiling fan and with us not being able to lower the temp less than 70, it got a little stuffy.
Overall, it's a great condo and we would stay there again. We love the location and the whole resort is beautiful.

My husband and I stayed with our three young children and had a lovely time. The condo had everything we needed! There are lots of restaurants and attractions around and it’s easy to run to Publix if you forgot something. Tip- Make sure you bring your own umbrella unless you want to pay to rent one every day. We didn’t know that cabanas aren’t allowed on the beach in front of the condo building.

This was the perfect choice for our family of 4. We have a 3 and a 6 year old. Everything was so convenient we never had to get in our car (which is great with kids)! We brought our wagon to make getting to/from beach easy! The Back Porch restaurant was right across the street. The arcade, go karts, and mini roller coasters were across the scenic Highway which was easily walkable as well! The place was very clean and the description online was right on point! Thank you for a memory filled vacation! Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing!!

Everything about this vacation was wonderful. The resort was beautiful, the pool was great, and loved being able to walk to the beach everyday. Our room was beautiful! Just as pictured! Our view was outstanding. Especially being able to do dishes and look up and be able to see the ocean!! Every morning my husband and I and my kids would go out on the balcony and watch the dolphins that came to shore line everyday. It was so cool. Check In and check out was so easy. The communication was never a problem if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

I would definitely recommend this place for your next vacation in Destin! What’s not to love? This place is gated, has two great pools, an easy walk to a private beach, ocean view, right by things to do and the Back Porch restaurant is right next door. Great stay! You can see the ocean from your room/balcony and just have a short walk through the two pool areas to get to a private and secured beach access where chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. The property was spacious and clean. Property manager RealJoy ensured there were plenty of towels, paper towels garbage bags, TP, and even provided a starter laundry detergent! We also were permitted to check in early and were offered a 50% discount if we wanted to add another day onto our travels. Restaurant Back Porch also next door!
