This place exceeded our expectations! We booked sorta last minute and found this place on a whim! The condo was clean and everything worked exactly as it should and was described! The resort itself was mid repairs and under construction while we were there but it was still really nice and they did a great a job maintaining the noise and debris from daily construction so I’m sure it’s even better when construction is not occurring! The pool is super kid friendly! We had a 3 and 1 year old with us and it was so nice they could play freely in the pool! The private beach is a small area but is still beautiful! The included chair and umbrella service was great!! We had terrible seaweed a couple days but that is common for the time of year we were there! Real joy was excellent at communicating any details and instructions! They even called us during the week the see how it was going and if we needed anything! I would definitely recommend this place and would defiantly rebook!

The team at Realjoy was great, we thought we might have had an issue with the fridge, texted them and they came out the next day and it was cooling. I was concerned the night before and they said if it did not cool they would replace our food. luckily it was just taking time to cool. The condo very nice and would use Realjoy again for the nextr trip. John & Kathi

We had the best time. Beds were so comfy! Place was clean. Environment clean! Beach easy to get to. Pools were awesome.
Local eats great.
Only small thing is for the price I wish there would’ve been a few more dishwasher detergents, trash bags and bathroom amenities.

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this condo in Destin! The unit was spacious and fit our group of six perfectly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The condo was spotless and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view overlooking the beach was absolutely stunning — waking up to that every morning was a dream. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. We’ll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

We had an amazing time. The condo was extremely clean and comfy, and super close to the beach. Wal-Mart is only about 5 minutes away to grab all of those beach necessities. The best part for us, was waking up and sitting on the deck with a morning cup of coffee. It doesn't get better than this!

We had the best vacation! My family of six (with kids ranging from 2 yr to 15 yr old) all enjoyed the property! It was so clean and comfortable. We loved the pools and the easy, short walk to the private beach! It was easy to go back home if we forgot something, needed to make lunch, or put the baby down for a nap. It was also conveniently located to several restaurants and stores! We've already told several friends about the property and would definitely stay here again!

We came had an issue with the washer and they were excellent and getting it working they actually brought in a new one. April was our first contact she was awesome. Gave us a lot of good information the TVs. Have to many remotes.

Very comfortable bedding. Elevator access sucks! Everyone we talked to- said NEVER AGAIN, AND THIS INCLUDES OUR FAMILY. Elevators took forever. At least an hour getting to our room and an hour trying to get an elevator down. Pathetic!

Overall very nice place. The unit and common areas of the property were clean and as described. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view and access to the pool and beach were convenient. At most times only one elevator was working, which meant long waits, especially during peak check in/check out times (10am/4pm). We enjoyed our stay though and would definitely choose this this unit again.

location, accommodation, pools, parking the actual unit needs a better refrigerator. the only thing I did not like was if you don’t register to use the umbrellas and chairs on the beach you have to sit behind all of them. we like to sit close to the water and have our own stuff. that was a downer for my family.
