Sterling Shores 402 is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located at Sterling Shores in the heart of Destin. With 1,511 sq ft of spacious and luxurious living space, this lovely condo sleeps 8. The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a NEW soak tub and walk in shower. The Guest bedrooms have a Queen bed in one room and twin over twin bunkbeds in the other with the living room having a queen sleeper sofa! It's close to all of the best restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Sterling Shores is a gated community with a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping and 240 ft of beach. Enjoy one of the two community pools, including a beachfront pool, or head straight out to the beach just a short walk away. Come see why Sterling Shores 402 is a Destin favorite!

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11 story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guest for $45/day or $225/week plus tax and booking fee. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!

The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Area Attractions:

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Happy Ours is in a wonderful location.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Enjoyed our stay at this unit! Nice and clean! Nice view of ocean, within walking distance to beach and restaurants and pool only issue was a slow draining sink in bathroom bought drano and poured down sink , Real Joy are great hosts and stayed in contact making sure everything was ok and that we were enjoying our stay will definitely stay again

It was amazing! The rooms were wonderful and the view was beautiful! Beach/pool/restaurants within walking distance. There was only one elevator working but I didn’t mind using the stairs. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect location, great unit!

This was our first time to Destin and since we booked at the last minute, we didn't have as many options to choose from. Sterling Shores caught our eye because of its central location. We were not disappointed! The location was perfect - we walked to the beach really easily and so many restaurants and activities were five minutes away by car. The unit shows a little wear and tear (furniture has some stains on it, baseboards are chipped) but otherwise it was great. My kids loved the bunk beds. We would definitely consider staying here again!
