We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! The location was perfect—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel relaxing. The condo looked exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful, and having a private beach made it even more special. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities made our trip so convenient. Highly recommend!

The access to the pool and the beach was great. We have stayed in this area of Destin before - so we knew we were in a great location. There was construction going on with the building during our entire stay - which is no reflection on RealJoy's property. Our only wish was for a little more closet space to unpack clothes in the second bedroom. Otherwise, the unit was great. Thanks!

Very convenient access to the beach and we loved the pool. There was construction, but thankfully this wasn't too disruptive. 2 elevators of 3 were out of service, which was only frustrating when bringing our stuff up initially and trying to leave because the stairs to the second floor were easy to use. I wish there were a few more small amenities like salt and pepper and cooking spray, etc. but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at! I would absolutely recommend or go to the same place again! The only feedback I have is that even though there is a Nitendo switch there are no games- also there’s an Atari that doesn’t have batteries for the controllers 😏. There was a fishing pole and some lures and a couple backpack coolers which were nice to see and use. It would be nice for sand toys, we purchased and left some behind in hopes the next family would find joy. Thanks for an incredible place to enjoy

We take a couple family vacations every year and Destin is one of our favorite places just because there is so much to do. With five daughters ages 3-15 it’s pretty important to have space and plenty to do to keep them all occupied. Sterling Shores is now a favorite as it has two pools and its own private beach area as well as our amazing room! Lots of sleep space, full kitchen with all the things we needed aside from groceries! There was a small issue with the water (nothing to do with the actual room) and the RealJoy folks took care of it immediately. This was one of the best and easiest interactions we’ve had. 10/10 will return🙂

Fueron nuestras mejores vacaciones que hallamos tenido en años mi familia y yo. Tenía un poco de miedo al rentar el lugar por que se miraba muy bonito y limpio pero fue la mejor elección que pude hacer, realmente las fotos no hacen justicia al lugar, todo estaba muy limpio y la decoracion hace que te sientas en tu hogar. La cocina está bien equipada con sartenes, cuchillos, platos, tazas y vasos, etc. También cuenta con cafetera, tostadora y hasta una freidora de aire, los justo para tener una estadía plena y sin complicaciones. Los cuartos estaban impecables y los baños también. La sala bien iluminada con una decoración sencilla pero agradable. La piscina esta justo enfrente del balcón y la vista es preciosa hacia el exterior y el camino hacia la playa es relativamente corto, sólo tienes que atravesar las dos verjas y la calle haciendo uso de los códigos que te envían. Gracias a Dios y a los anfitriones por el tiempo. Recomendado al 1000%, definitivamente volveremos el proximo año.

Great location in Destin. Close to many shops, but also only a short walk to the beach. The pools at the facility are great as well. My family enjoyed the beautiful sand and clear water that Destin beaches offer. The afternoon relaxing at the pool was nice. The 2 bedroom condo was clean and comfortable for my family of 4.

Place was exactly like the photos and clean. It is within 2 minutes from the beach. Really good location to get to the harbor and also enjoy sandestin. Restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive without traffic. Place was really clean and quiet. Beach was nice, however definitely want to book chairs ahead of time or be prepared to not be exactly “beachfront” since the chair rental companies chairs are on the beach line and you will be behind the chairs. Another option is to walk 5 minutes down the beach and go to the public beach and be at the beach line. Easy access to everything. Kitchen had everything and there was plenty of towels, really nice washer and dryer but bring your own detergent. The living room space and room space was great! It was a good spot for a little get away. The pool was fine but nothing elaborate, the restaurant close to the condo was wonderful and had great drinks! Elevator was in great location to the unit!

Upon arrival everything was setup for us with several mini cleaning items and daily necessities. We did not have to worry about anything. Ample kitchen gadgets, dinnerware, and cooking supplies. Very clean, spacious, and perfect location on the beach. This place did not disappoint and our host was amazing. Definitely our only go to when in Destin. We will be back soon!

This condo is a very good location. There is a private beach for this condo and also 2 swimming pools. I was also very pleased with the availability of all cooking utensils that were needed. Hurricane Sally hit during our stay so we did have to cook several meals.

Loved the space and location! Easy to find. Lots of onsite parking plus it’s gated which I thought was nice. The only thing was the lighting in the bathrooms was very dim. And no ice chest or tumblers to take down to the beach with us. So we bought tumblers and did our next to keep our drinks and food cold on the beach. But beach is walking distance and is right by a place called the back yard which had food and drinks! Sterling shores also has a row complimentary umbrellas on the beach which was so nice!

I liked how clear the instructions were; I liked the place, distribution, space and decoration. I also liked the extra amenities to get free passes for activities daily (1 free pass per day); however, I didn’t like the check out time at 10am. It’s too early. Not even a high end hotel will kick you out at 10. Also, I didn’t like that we had to take the trash out when clearly we are paying a cleaning fee. Be prepared to bring everything for the apartment: sponges, liquid detergent, seasoning, etc. the only thing provided soap and a small liquid dishwasher with 2 pods for the dishwasher machine.
