Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*The HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project for the exterior of the building in November 2026. Work will be specifically take place on the 11th and 3rd floors, and the main breezeway ceiling. At times, guests staying at Sterling Shores may experience temporary disruptions, including the closure of certain amenities and restricted access to balconies. Balcony and walkway closures should only affect the 11th and 3rd floor units at this time. Additionally, this complex will be undergoing a re-roofing project scheduled from May to July 2027, weather permitting. Please contact our reservation team if you have questions regarding the balcony closure dates or re-roofing dates for this property. Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. It features a 4,300 sq. ft. private lagoon pool, gulf-front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, all set on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guests to purchase for an additional fee. The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square-foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids.
