The master suite has a king, flat screen TV, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a twin and twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo has been remodeled with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, tile flooring throughout, quartzite vanities in baths, remodeled baths, and new ceiling and tile on the balcony! Upgrades also included new furnishings, large flatscreen TV's for downtime after beachin'.

Sterling Sands is an 8-story mid-rise condo building right in the heart of Destin! With all the amenities you're craving nestled in a tropical setting, you'll love Sterling Sands! Float in the 71-foot free form pool, (heated seasonally), or soak your muscles in the outdoor hot tub. Grill up some steaks or your catch of the day in the covered barbecue/picnic area or work out in the fitness room, enjoy a spectacular sunset or sunrise over the water from your private balcony and have a vacation to remember! You can enjoy the view of the water and the gulf front pool from your balcony. The location of this complex can't be beat, it's right across the street from The Tracks Family Recreation Center, with mini-golf and go-kart racing, and less than 1 mile from Kelly Plantation Golf Club, as well as numerous dining options, including walking distance to the Back Porch.

There's a gulf front pool, beach side fitness room, gas grilling area, onsite kayak/boogie board rental and laundry in the condo.

The view was great, we had the ocean right outside our balcony door. The whole unit was very nice and clean. Our plan is to stay in this unit for many years to come. It was nice to have boogie boards and beach toys already there, this saved some time for us having to go and get them from the store.

Clean & had everything we needed. We were able to get an early check in which was amazing since we had driven all night. Everyone was so friendly. The beach and water were beautiful! We had a swimsuit get stuck in the dryer and it was fixed within a couple of hours while we enjoyed the beach. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time. It’s an absolutely beautiful space inside and out. Parking was convenient and accessible. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. And there is nothing like waking up to the view!!

The views were amazing, the condo was very clean and the bunk beds were by far a favorite for the young kiddos! It was perfect for our family. Feedback is every TV remote needs to be replaced or repaired as they were hard use/didn't work at all. Some outlets did not seem to work either. But overall worked very well for our family.

The condo is beautiful and has such a great view. We watched dolphins every morning having coffee. I do think the condo could have been a little bit more cleaner for the price to pay. I think they do a fast sweep for the next people staying. I did let the property know of issues on both bathroom ceilings and fans. I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely balcony, enjoyed that it didn't have bars and it was all glass. The view was not obstructed. Very quiet, not a ton of people in/out so it was very relaxing. They were super quick to respond to questions about the rental. Hope to stay again soon!

Ths balcony really sold this rental. There are no bars, its glass (or something else clear) and the view is unobstructed. Great central location. Tons to do and eat nearby. Quiet building, not a ton of people, so it was very relaxing. Host was responsive and helpful to questions. It was nice having a washer/dryer but the dryer took 3 cycles to dry, so make sure you don't do laundry the morning you leave like us LOL Air conditioning worked well. WiFi signal was reliable even during storms.

Outstanding Destin beach headquarters for a couple or small family.

Y’all made it very easy. Lots of instructions. The room was great. Outstanding location. Perfect beach vacation setup. We had an excellent time. We had a great time so naming things we didn’t like feels weird. If I had to be hypercritical, I think both showers put water onto the bathroom floors. The mattress in the master is somewhat lumpy. Sliding doors are hard to lock. Oh yeah. I left coffee filters for the next folks that come through.

Fabulous vacation spot!!

Lovely condo with a great balcony view! Perfectly equipped with everything needed. Master bathroom has a beautiful shower and a large jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has full size bed as well as cute bunkbeds with a twin on top and full on bottom. Great location, well maintained facilities. Would definitely stay here again and again. Master bed needs a new mattress, badly. A better location for people to smoke is definitely needed.

Beautiful, ocean/beach/view amazing. The beach chair rental was a disappointment as all front chairs were rented by time got there and you cannot use your own umbrella. Also no online rental option to do so in timely manner. Although 1/2 front row beach chairs were not occupied. Bed sheets didn’t fit king bed -uncomfortable beds overall.

Clean, great setup, lots of room, great location to restaurants and activities and being a bit cool in April, the heated pool allowed us to enjoy the water when the ocean was too cold to enjoy. My only complaint was with communication, or lack thereof. When we checked in at exactly the allowed time of 4pm, the ac wasn’t working. It took 12+ phone calls and hours to finally get someone to return a call. Things turned around once we finally got to talk to someone. Communication could have been more frequent so we knew what the plan was but ultimately it got fixed 2 days later. Thankfully it wasn’t middle of the summer! Kat with RealJoy was very kind in trying to make things comfortable for us until it was fixed and even brought a small bag of goodies afterwards. Overall, the trip was amazing and we had a fantastic time!
