The condo is beautiful and has such a great view. We watched dolphins every morning having coffee. I do think the condo could have been a little bit more cleaner for the price to pay. I think they do a fast sweep for the next people staying. I did let the property know of issues on both bathroom ceilings and fans. I would stay here again for sure.

I can’t say enough good about this place! Everything was very smooth from booking to check-in but nothing compares to the breath-taking view that awaits you when you walk in of the Gulf. We spent a lot of time on the patio just

Lovely balcony, enjoyed that it didn't have bars and it was all glass. The view was not obstructed. Very quiet, not a ton of people in/out so it was very relaxing. They were super quick to respond to questions about the rental. Hope to stay again soon!

Ths balcony really sold this rental.
There are no bars, its glass (or something else clear) and the view is unobstructed.
Great central location. Tons to do and eat nearby.
Quiet building, not a ton of people, so it was very relaxing.
Host was responsive and helpful to questions.
It was nice having a washer/dryer but the dryer took 3 cycles to dry, so make sure you don't do laundry the morning you leave like us LOL
Air conditioning worked well.
WiFi signal was reliable even during storms.

Y’all made it very easy. Lots of instructions. The room was great. Outstanding location. Perfect beach vacation setup. We had an excellent time. We had a great time so naming things we didn’t like feels weird. If I had to be hypercritical, I think both showers put water onto the bathroom floors. The mattress in the master is somewhat lumpy. Sliding doors are hard to lock. Oh yeah. I left coffee filters for the next folks that come through.

Beautiful, ocean/beach/view amazing. The beach chair rental was a disappointment as all front chairs were rented by time got there and you cannot use your own umbrella. Also no online rental option to do so in timely manner. Although 1/2 front row beach chairs were not occupied. Bed sheets didn’t fit king bed -uncomfortable beds overall.

The place is perfect for a week at the beach. The view is awesome and the balcony is spacious. The decor was really nicely done and modern. The bottom bunk is very squeaky and not super comfortable and the bathroom door doesn’t lock. Otherwise everything was great! Would definitely return.

Lovely condo with a great balcony view! Perfectly equipped with everything needed. Master bathroom has a beautiful shower and a large jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has full size bed as well as cute bunkbeds with a twin on top and full on bottom. Great location, well maintained facilities. Would definitely stay here again and again. Master bed needs a new mattress, badly.A better location for people to smoke is definitely needed.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Beautiful view and modern. The only thing I would change is adding more cooking supplies pots and pans Etc. In addition some better dish cleaning supplies. Very minor and would just be a nice to have otherwise great stay and we loved it

The property was wonderful. Clean, great setup, lots of room, great location to restaurants and activities and being a bit cool in April, the heated pool allowed us to enjoy the water when the ocean was too cold to enjoy. My only complaint was with communication, or lack thereof. When we checked in at exactly the allowed time of 4pm, the ac wasn’t working. It took 12+ phone calls and hours to finally get someone to return a call. Things turned around once we finally got to talk to someone. Communication could have been more frequent so we knew what the plan was but ultimately it got fixed 2 days later. Thankfully it wasn’t middle of the summer! Kat with RealJoy was very kind in trying to make things comfortable for us until it was fixed and even brought a small bag of goodies afterwards. Overall, the trip was amazing and we had a fantastic time!

Had a great stay at this condo. Everything you need is in the room and the photos are a spot on depiction of what you are renting. Great location near grocery/liquor stores, attractions and souvenir shops. Would definitely stay here again if it were available.

Perfect spot for families. Lovely unit, wonderful views, nice and quiet. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi was not working even after we were told it was fixed. I also wished they would leave cleaning supplies(garbage bags, kitchen counter spray) in the unit, to wipe up counters and such after cooking/eating. We had to buy our own and ended up leaving them there.

The condo looked just like the pictures! It was clean, No complaints there! No one bothers you! The only thing I would recommend is making the front desk more knowledgeable when asking a simple question as far as "do I need to tell anybody or sign anything when I check out". She didn't know and directed me to call realjoy where I booked through to ask. I walked straight down to the HOA office and the man on duty quickly answered with nope just be checked out on time. Another heads up to anyone who rents a condo for the week double check that your condo doesn't come with beach chairs before you rent them at the beach in front of the condos because the people renting chairs will not tell you if they come with your room. Only CERTAIN ROOMS come with chairs included. The guy renting chairs basically told me if people find out that their room comes with chairs and ask to be reimbursed they will reimburse them. That to me just seems wrong. When I asked if they came with my room because I wasn't sure he quickly opened and closed his clipboard saying no. He then proceeded to tell me that he could not tell me what rooms game with chairs. At that point I was just like whatever, it is what it is. We planned on renting them for the week anyways I just wanted to give future renters a heads up so they don't waste money for nothing. Overall though our stay was wonderful at this condo. If I were ever to decide to visit Destin again this is where I would stay. The water is beautiful but Destin itself is a little busier than what we like.

Yes, this Sterling Sands condo has been remodeled with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, tile flooring throughout, quartzite vanities in baths, remodeled baths, and new ceiling & tile on the balcony. We were looking to get away from work and school and this vacation did the job. We were so happy to have a perfect view of the beach, including an angle that allowed us to watch the sunset from our balcony. The pool was just the right temperature, the hit tub was awesome. The condo looked just like the pictures online and it was stocked well with appliances and dishes. There was a sweet gift upon our arrival. Super easy check in (and I'm sorry that I didn't check my email to see what I needed to do for check out - letting housekeeping know we left super early). The heated pool was our favorite spot. and the beach was beautiful. It was centrally located to many restaurants and stores. There were 4 of us and the space was perfect. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Honestly, this is probably the cleanest condo/hotel room I’ve ever stayed at. I was really impressed! Comfy beds - I like that they have technically 4 beds. (One king, twin, bunk with a full size below.) It’s surprisingly hard to find places that have that many separate beds. Nice showers. Big tv in living room and tv in each bedroom. Bonus- they have Netflix. It’s right on the beach and the view is amazing. I love that they have a section of the beach that is private just for guests in this condominium. It was quiet. Didn’t hear other guests making noise. This place has it all. The only negative would be that they advertise free daily activities to local attractions. When I called the company giving the coupons, they said they no longer partner with Real Joy. Also, I did email a couple of questions and did not get a response. But, when I called, they were very helpful. So call them rather than email. Would definitely stay here again.
