Welcome to Sterling Sands 208! This 2BR/2BA gulf front condo is located right in the heart of Destin! The wall-to-wall gulf views and ocean front pool views from the living room cannot be beat. There's a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 4, and 4 barstools for extra seating at the breakfast bar. The master suite has a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combination. There's also a guest room with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Max occupancy is 4. For your convenience, there is a new stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well as your own assigned parking space. Watch the sunset and listen to the waves crash as you enjoy the spacious balcony. When you're not catching the sun on the beach, splash around in the pool or explore all the amazing amenities at Sterling Sands! Have a vacation to remember at Sterling Sands 208!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

There is one designated area to smoke, it’s located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98.*

You’ll enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your private balcony and have a vacation to remember! The location of Sterling Sands can't be beaten. It's right across the street from The Track Family Fun Park, with mini-golf and go-kart racing, and within minutes from numerous shopping and dining options, including walking distance to the Back Porch.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Very nice place. Close to everything. Beach was really nice. Our beach chair and umbrella was included in our rental. Just read the description carefully. Even though it was just me and my wife. This place is very family orientated.

The view was great. Gulf of America baby!!! Beautiful place. Definitely family orientated. Just read your Renta agreement. It could be tricky renting your chair and umbrella down by the beach. I did not say it was great. Will definitely be back.

Very Responsive

I had an issue with my Air conditioning and they had someone out there to fix it in less than an hour. They reached out a couple of times to check on everything and make sure I didn’t need anything. The place was very clean and organized. In my opinion, no one compares to Vrbo. I had an excellent experience!
