Inside, you'll find a cozy master suite with a king bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, and a fun twin over twin bunk bed in the guest room ideal for families. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals, and with plenty of space, this condo comfortably sleeps 4. Stay active with access to the on-site gym, or simply relax by the sparkling community pool, unwind in the hot tub, or explore all the fantastic amenities at Sterling Sands. Whether you're lounging on the beach or creating unforgettable memories with loved ones, Sterling Sands 103 is the perfect place to make your dream getaway come true!

Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*Guests should complete the online check-in 3 days prior to arrival to avoid delays upon check-in. Guests are charged $15+Tax for guests 5 years and older. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands. 2 Parking Passes Max. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the beach. There is one designated area to smoke, it’s located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98.*

Grill up your catch of the day in the covered barbecue/picnic area or work out in the beachside fitness room. You’ll enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your private balcony and have a vacation to remember! The location of Sterling Sands can't be beat, it's right across the street from The Track Family Fun Park, with mini-golf and go-kart racing, and within minutes from numerous shopping and dining options, including walking distance to the Back Porch.

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Wonderful location, right in the heart of Destin! Right across the street from The Track Family Recreation Center, with mini-golf, go-kart racing, and bungee jumping. Walk to the Back Porch restaurant!

Very clean, plenty of towels/toilet paper/etc. Internet was fast. Direct beach access and umbrella/chair provided at no additional charge. It is an older building but overall I have complaints.

We had a great time at the condo. The view was amazing. The pool closes at 10 and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony late at night listening to the waves. The beach was easily accessible, and there was a great restaurant within walking distance. They had TVs in the room and some games to play with the family for when we had a rainy afternoon.

The unit was great!!

I have stayed at the silver sands in the past, and as usual everything about the complex has always been wonderful. I will definitely return. Since the weather wasnt the most cooperative when we were there, it was always a plus that the pool is heated.

Whenever we stay here, we talk about buying a condo. The location is perfect. The condo and condominium are well kept. We loved the grilling area, pool, and hot tub. I've thought about returning quite a bit since we left. I highly recommend this property and plan to return soon.
