Snowbird Season for this lovely unit runs October thru December only, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

Everything was great

We liked the apartment, it was clean and nice, everything inside was what we needed for our stay, a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our vacation was great, thank you. There was one big cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived . But we got rid of him

Wow! Just like pictures! Beautiful beach front condo. Super clean and comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again. There is only 2 elevators for the whole building so slow at times. Everything else is great!

We had a beautiful view from our balcony; seen pods of dolphins and two right whales. Sunsets were gorgeous! Our bed was soft and comfy! Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. Great on-site parking. Our condo was clean with a home like feel.

First stay in the Florida Panhandle and Panama City

This home seems to be the nicest in the building! The kitchen is small, but had most items you would need. We did add an electric kettle to the two options for coffee makers, because the kettle took a long time to heat. Beds were comfortable and unit is inviting. The beach, water, pool and view were absolutely amazing! We spent a month and really did not feel a need to venture out too much. The location in Panama City was a great choice. It is close to activities, but is not in the areas with wall to wall high rises. Not sure what spring break or summer would be like, but we had no issues with elevators or parking. The property was spotless, not sure I have seen a better maintained pool. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We will definitely stay again if we return to the area. 🙌

Wonderful Experience!

This was my first time to PCB! Our condo was perfect! It was super clean (and I am VERY particular), adorably decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The view was amazing! Additionally, the patrons and staff at Sterling Reef were all very friendly. My daughter and I felt so safe! Thank you for making our first time stay so nice.
