Stayed here for a quick weekend to do the Gulf Coast 70.3. Close proximity to the event without having to deal with the crowds. Great property with plenty of space.

It was very comfortable and big. Also a lot of stores close to it around it. There is only 2 elevators and the wait time for them to go down to the pool or beach was horrible, about 15 to 20 min wait for them as they were full all the time.

Great stay, perfect location. Need more items in kitching. Need a bite more modern accamodation such as bluetooth speaker, recent board games. Overall, great stay with the family

We had a fantastic time, first time in Panama and we would definitely book at Sterling Reef again. All of the staff was wonderful and friendly. We never needed to contact anyone because all the instructions were very clear and we needed absolutely nothing!!!

It’s literally right by the pier & we saw dolphins EVERYDAY in front of the condo. The downside is the elevators & the wait. But it’s close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay, only one small hiccup but it didn’t affect our stay and wasn’t an issue with the condo. Otherwise we had a great time at this beautiful beachfront. Would say again for sure.

Beautiful condo..location is perfect not crowded this time of year. Had basic necessities available for making meals. Over all had an amazing time, would recommend condo!

Overall, our stay was great. Beach chairs are available on site for rental- but be mindful of the beach chair company staffing. One of the guys is less than professional, and the rental booth is hardly manned in the morning. There are no pantry provisions, which is neither good nor bad- just come prepared (to include salt and pepper).
We will definitely be back!

We had so much fun on our trip. The balcony + ocean view was amazing. The condo overall was very nice with easy access to the beach and walking distance to several surf shops, the pier etc. Beach was not overcrowded at this spot which we loved and was much quieter overall. On down front beach rd about 5 mins had a lot of people and was kind of loud so I was glad to be on the side we were on. I think it was 5 mins to Walmart. Parking garage was not overcrowded. I do Recommend this place, and we will will be back :)

I was hesitant to book this place because it only had a few reviews and some from a year or 2 ago. I was also not sure I wanted to book with a company instead of a personal host. But I took a chance and so glad I did! This place was better than I imagined! Check in was so easy. The place is huge. It’s updated, clean, nice decor. The location is amazing! The balcony is HUGE and it was so comfy. Master bedroom king size bed was so comfortable with lots of pillows. More pros: all access codes worked, WiFi worked, cable tv, right by the beach, coffee maker. I wouldn’t call these “cons” but I did know to be prepared: bring your own beach chairs. They do not come with the rental you’ll have to pay to rent them. Place does not supply coffee, filters, seasonings etc. But I knew those things and came prepared. I would absolutely recommend this place. We stayed 3 nights and It was so perfect.

The room overall was pleasant however we were required to not turn the thermostat down past 70 some of us found it a bit stuffy

Hi! We are so happy that you had an overall pleasant experience while staying at Sterling Reef. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning unit not cooling below 70 degrees. Many condo owners choose to regulate how low the air conditioning unit may go in case doors are not completely shut, otherwise the unit would constantly run and possibly freeze up. Stayed in June 2020 with my bf and my sister and her bf. The furniture was all very comfortable. Any station you could think of was on the TV. The balcony furniture was really nice and super comfy. We spent a lot of time out there. The Bedroom set up is really like having two masters. The rooms are very separated which was nice for our group. The beach is beautiful and the pool was really nice too. There was a monitor right by the pool gate making sure that everyone going to the pool or the beach was with the condo. In your packet by the front door are wristbands to use while on the property (don’t pull it too tight) and parking passes. We got a notice on our car right away so put your pass on ASAP. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was really lovely, I loved the style of the condo. Extra towels were under the sink. The 2nd bathroom was really spacious. Great location, we walked over to the scooter place across the street and you can buy sno cones, daiquiris and snacks there, we rented a golf cart for the day. You aren’t suppost to park them in the garage but we only had one vehicle so we put our 2nd tag on it and parked it next to our vehicle and they never left a notice. We wanted to parasail and they have that option and jet skiing right on the beach in front of the condo but you MUST sign up early to get a spot to parasail. If you go around noon (like we did) it’s a 3-4 hour wait. Great stay and I slept well.
