Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000 sq ft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

Beautiful place, the only big issue was getting to the condo on check in day. There are only 2 elevators so you spent hours waiting or hours carrying luggage up 7 stories. The condo was beautiful, the location was beautiful. Would love to come back, would just wait until later in the evening to try to bring luggage up!- Reviewed On: 7/25/2025

Very pleased with our stay. Accommodations were spotless. Check in was easy. Host communication was great and guided you through check in and out. Beautiful view from bedroom and living room. Evacuation must have
We were originally on the other side of the state and were evacuated. We were lucky enough to snag this rental. If anyone watches The Office.. remember the Scrutte’s rules song? Know your rules.. you better know your rules. Not that they are bad rules to have they are a bit strict. $100 for any infractions. Also, if it’s a windy day the elevators are a bit annoying.
