Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000 sq ft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

I NEVER write reviews… but I didn’t want the help I received from them to go unnoticed. The Airbnb was very nice. Spacious. And amazing ocean front views from balcony. Beds were comfortable. Lots of different beach toys. Beach access was close and easy. Communication was good. Always responded quickly. But most importantly I accidentally left my diamond earrings on the dresser and I honestly didn’t have high hopes of getting them back… to my surprise they tracked them down for me. I appreciate them so much for that. Before departing I knew I’d stay there again or recommend to others. But after their care and honesty I’d absolutely book again. Thank you guys so much! This is the second time I stay at Sterling Reef condos with RealJoy . They are great to deal with. This is one of my favorite condos I have stayed in. Will definitely book with them again. I absolutely LOVED this place, I’d definitely book this one again and it was also great for my mom that’s on a walker, the room was right there when we got off the elevator and it’s a short walk to the beach, she loved it as well, my 7 year old son had a blast as well, the unit was spotless and views was more than AMAZING, we can’t wait to come back again, AWESOME HOST!!!- Reviewed On: 3/28/2026

Absolutely loved staying here and would love to come back here again! Everything was extremely clean and exactly as described. We had the best week staying here, plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were so friendly and helpful when we had a question. Beautiful place, the only big issue was getting to the condo on check in day. There are only 2 elevators so you spent hours waiting or hours carrying luggage up 7 stories. The condo was beautiful, the location was beautiful. Would love to come back, would just wait until later in the evening to try to bring luggage up!- Reviewed On: 7/25/2025

We were originally on the other side of the state and were evacuated. We were lucky enough to snag this rental. If anyone watches The Office.. remember the Scrutte’s rules song? Know your rules.. you better know your rules. Not that they are bad rules to have they are a bit strict. $100 for any infractions. Also, if it’s a windy day the elevators are a bit annoying.
