The master bedroom boasts a comfy king bed and balcony access where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a late afternoon beverage to watch the greatest sunsets the emerald coast has to offer. The guest room features a queen bed and the living room offers a sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of 6 guests, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot for resting, relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Snowbird Season for this unit is January and February only, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

This place was great, beautiful, nice and quiet after the hustle and bustle of the Labor Day weekend. At first thru the weekend waiting on an elevator was a little time consuming, they did have 2 working elevators. With people coming and going to check in and out those times are best to avoid the elevators if possible. Come Monday after 10am elevator was not an issue at all. I’m sure the holiday weekend made it a little busy of course. But the views were spectacular, the condo was beautiful. Seen dolphins several times morning and evenings. Loved just sitting on the balcony or right on the beach. Our condo had everything we needed, to cook, and eat. Checking in and out was super easy, and fast, just went straight to condo. Parking staff were very nice and helpful. Nice wide spaces also to load and unload. Local people that live there were very nice, got to meet Thelma and Louis in the elevator a few times, they were so sweet, and their owner gave us local restaurant advice.

The home is great for 6 people.. 4 if you want privacy. Everything was great and we loved the pool. The elevators were down first day but quickly fixed. It was a great place to stay and we loved the balcony and views!

This was exactly as listed and everything was clean and ready when we arrived at check in. The only issue that is NOT the listing’s fault is be prepared for a wait for the elevator. There is only 2 and it is busy all day.

Beautiful home with great view of the ocean. Great location too!! The house was exactly how it was in the pictures. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place! The only feedback I have is the entire building (17 floors - approx 5/6 condos each floor) had only two elevators, we had to use staircase to checkout as it was so busy as everyone was checking out the same time, it was such a hassle to carry everything through the staircase.
