Snowbird Season for this lovely unit runs October thru December only, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

Wonderful!!

Woman I ran into that worked. There was very helpful when I needed it. Had to walk 15 floors to get to my room one night because the elevators went out that was the only thing I dislike

This is a beautiful condo. It is located by the public beach and pier, but I never felt that we competed for space in front of the condo. The views are spectacular! You are located on the 15th floor, so if anything happens, prepare to take the stairs. Wait times can be extremely long if one of the two elevators stop working due to a power outage. I would stay here again.

Loved this location. A lot to do in the immediate area. View from the balcony was outstanding and truly stood out, not to mention the master bedroom.
Kitchen was well equipped. Even had the starter trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and other similar essentials. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this place! Very clean and modern, you can tell that the host upgraded everything on the inside. Beach access was very quick and easy! I would definitely be back to this place if we ever decide to visit PCB again. Host was extremely responsive when I called. Also this condo allows you to bring your own umbrella and not force you to pay for a rental. Which was a huge plus! overall we wished we could’ve stay longer.

Please note that our home has a strict no-smoking policy that we take very seriously; regretfully private owners in the surrounding buildings are not held to our house rules, but our team does work with the condo association to provide the best possible stay for each of our guests. We have shared this information with our local manager so that they can work with the local HOA to discuss preventative measures to ensure the continued enjoyment of our future guests, as the HOA are responsible for enforcing rules in the building. Overall great stay!

Was very impressed with everything! The only thing I would criticize is having to wait so long to check in. We went to check in at 4 and they said we couldn’t go in yet. We waited till about 6 till she called saying we could go in. But stayed for 6 nights and was impressed the whole time! Awesome access to the beach and pool was nice too.

Awesome!

We arrived to a very clean home. It was exactly as described. Great view from the 15th floor. Great beach! Elevators were working. Could have used a new mattress in the master bedroom and parking spaces are a little tight. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect getaway!

The location was great! Condo was very clean and well kept. This would be plenty of space for 2 couples with the private layout. This area of the beach was not as crowded as other areas we've stayed in. We're already planning our next trip in the spring and will be booking this condo again.
