Awesome, would definitely recommend, the instructions of what you’ll need, to the time you check in, and walking across the skywalk that smelled amazing… They had everything you need! Even have carts to get your groceries to your condo in the fastest elevator! Pretty clean in the condo as well!

Great location on the beach and close restaurants, shops, pier park. Loved the large patio with grill. Thankful to have 3 bathrooms. Largest pantry we have had in a rental. Large refrigerator, stove and table to accommodate large group. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean space! The host is very responsive! The condominium itself is wonderful. The heated pool was a plus and a joy for when the ocean was too cold! We had plenty of clean towels for our entire crew. Really enjoyed this stay!

Condo was very clean with nice decor. Kitchen could have been a little more stocked with better pans/skillets, mixing bowls. One of the elevators was not working which caused long wait times. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and it was a great location.

Condo was clean. Comfy beds. Great location. The only thing I would suggest would be more than 1 dish cloth and 1 kitchen towel and maybe a few cheap storage containers for refrigerator left overs. But overall a great stay. Very pleased with the amount of bath towels in each bathroom! Great balcony with plenty of seating!

Located in a great spot for just about any activities, or just for hanging out on the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. The condo was nice, could use better cooking pans, they need to be replaced. The fridge smelled like someone spilled beer in it, it was a beautiful view and comfortable beds.

The condo was very clean, modern, and had all the basics needed for our stay. Great location as you’re close to Pier Park and lots of restaurant options nearby. The check in process at the resort was a little confusing due to the front desk being closed off when we arrived around 5pm, which remained closed off for our entire stay. Luckily there was someone close by that was able to direct us to a concierge desk to check in with instead. Overall it was a great trip and we’d love to come back again.

This place was awesome. We had such a great time. Other than the bad elevator situation (2 elevators for over 140 units) and the road construction right outside the building everything else was perfect. The unit was clean and had amazing views. We will definitely be coming back here.

My Husband and our two kids ages 5 & 1, along with my parents stayed here for vacation and enjoyed everything about this condo! The two huge bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as the bunk bed room and separate hall bathroom! We LOVED how open the kitchen/ dining room/ and living room floor plan was especially for the 1 year old! The balcony has the best view with such nice patio furniture! Along with an electric grill that we cooked steaks on one night that were perfect! We have always loved Sterling Breeze but this condo made us love it so much more!!!!

Loved the property and location. Needed in kitchen A SHARP KNIFE! A tea pitcher. POT HOLDERS. DISH TOWELS OTHER THAN A WASH CLOTH. Oh and by the way, the rug in the living room is a trip hazard and the one in the. Kitchen is dirty.

This was our third time staying at Sterling Breeze, but our first time in this condo. This was by far the best one we’ve been at and are excited to stay in this unit again in the future. The unit had everything we needed and had plenty of space for our family of 5.

Great property layout, plenty of space with lots of bathrooms! The property was clean and had everything we could need - it made our stay absolutely wonderful. A few times 1 of the 2 elevators were out of service which causes unusually long wait times. If we didn’t have too many things; we just opted for the stairs.

Love this condo as it was my second time staying in 3 months. The only thing I’d say was for the cleaning crew that they get all the marks off the wall as there were a lot. I got a magic eraser and removed all the marks. Also some new stains were on the carpet and couch that I was able to remove myself. As far as Sterling Breeze, one elevator was down for my entire stay (7 days) and that was a nightmare. Also the bar by the pool was not open on Friday or Saturday which was the busiest days. As much as I love this condo I will not be staying at Sterling Breeze again as the property itself as gone down hill majorly.
