Sterling Breeze 804 is a stunning 2 bedroom + bunk room, 3 bath condo that is beautifully decorated with bright colors and lovely furnishings! This Gulf FRONT unit is only half a mile from Pier Park, so you can enjoy a vacation as relaxing or exciting as you want! The master bedroom has a roomy king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and double vanities. With a King bed in the guest bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk bed in the enclosed bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Wake up with morning coffee or throw some steaks on the included grill for dinner on the Gulf Front balcony, with spectacular views of the sugar white sands and emerald waters. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. The home was beautiful and clean and worked perfectly for our annual vacation. We really enjoyed cooking in the well supplied kitchen and eating outside on the patio. It was a wonderful bonus having the extra bathroom! This condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious, and the balcony was huge! You get three full bathrooms in this condo and the kitchen had everything you could need! Realjoy was very responsive & check in was smooth. We had a party of 7 and we all had plenty of room. I'm just sad to leave!!! Beds were comfortable and the 2 main bathrooms have huge showers/separate vanities. Thank you realjoy!! We look forward to booking our next trip!

Our stay was great! Real joy was a real joy!

Everything was great! From the time we checked in to the pools just walking through daily including leaving the property all of the employees were rude! Check in to use a luggage cart we had to wait on an employee to hold my drivers license to unlock the luggage carts upon returning the luggage cart the employee was not there had to wait about 20 minutes for him to return to obtain my drivers license this was after a 10-11 hour drive and unpacking the luggage! Not an easy check in and the when leaving no one was ever there at the luggage area so we decided to just not use a luggage cart that was difficult! Walking through from the beach we were asked about wristbands daily they were rude when the kids tightened the wristbands too tight and we requested another one -walking through not stopping at the pool area were told we could not have boards or footballs in the pool area which is the only access to the beach! They just need to chill out! If I was rude to people like they were at my job I may not have one! But the condo and real joy were great! Don’t know if we would stay there again but maybe at least we know what to expect!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, and building staff were very friendly and helpful. The second day of our stay, the thermostat had some issues. I called the customer service number and it was fixed within an hour at 9:00pm. Definitely recommend! We had a lovely vacation in this unit.

Beautifully decorated condo! My family and I felt so relaxed staying there. We LOVED the view and listening to the waves any time we were in the condo. I read on the balcony each night listening to the waves. Very responsive owners and they checked in to see if we needed anything. The grill was nice to use! Depending on your stay, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, dishwasher pods and garbage bags to use after their initial supplies. We really loved our stay and would love to go back again!

Pictures don't do this place justice. The ocean view was amazing. The acoustics from the balcony made it sound like you were down on the shore. The fireworks over the ocean on New years eve was phenomenal, never seen fireworks eye level. The kitchen is well equipped, even had a couple of insta pots. The family really enjoyed and look forward to visiting again.

Immaculate condo. Better than the pictures! Beautiful beach devour. Little treasures from the ocean everywhere you looked. View was breathtaking. Dolphins off the balcony. Steps to the fantastic sugar white beach. 5 minute walk to Pier Park. Right next to a grocery store and local fish market. Hot tub and pool were perfect. Comfortable beds. Super quiet condo. Had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

Very clean and nice!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and new. It had everything we needed in order to cook and clean. We have been staying in Sterling Breeze for 7 years and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Very comfortable beds, even the couch bed was comfortable. Plenty of blankets for everyone! The only thing I would complain about is the bunk room is very small and we had 2 teenage boys staying in it so we needed a little more room but it worked out just fine! We will be staying in this unit again!
