Sterling Breeze 205 is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is beautifully decorated and lovely furnishings! This Gulf FRONT unit is only half a mile from Pier Park, so you can enjoy a vacation as relaxing or exciting as you want! The master bedroom has a roomy king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and double vanities. With a queen bed in the second guest bedroom, and two full beds in the 3rd guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This lovely condo sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Wake up with morning coffee or throw some steaks on the included grill for dinner on the Gulf Front balcony, with spectacular views of the sugar white sands and emerald waters. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.

We loved our stay at Sterling Breeze! Everything was exactly how our email instructions explained…when payment would be deducted, when we would receive check in information, etc. We did have an issue with the plumbing, but we texted the number provided and it was immediately resolved. Only complaints were more blankets should be provided for those of us who get cold and dusting of the condo should include vents on ceiling…minor things. However, the location made up for all of that!! We will definitely be back!!
