Sterling Breeze 1903 is a stunning 1 bedroom + bunks/2 bath condo that is beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings! This Gulf FRONT unit is only 0.5 mile from Pier Park, so you can enjoy a vacation as relaxing or exciting as you want! The kitchen is equipped with granite counters and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower and vanity. With a set of twin bunks and a sleeper sofa. This lovely condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy the unit's coffee maker and sip your morning coffee on the Gulf Front balcony, with spectacular views of sugar white sands and emerald waters. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.
