Welcome to Sterling Beach 301, a stunning 3BR, 3BA gulf-front condo located in Panama City Beach. This beautifully decorated unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in each of the three bedrooms. It is also complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer, plus floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful views. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. This condo was incredibly beautiful. Corner unit giving great views of the beach and the pool. Very peaceful with plenty of space for me and my girlfriends. Was a great place to get away for our yearly girls retreat.

Beautiful view and condo

This is by far the best place we ever rented in the PCB area. The condo is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing. The pool is very nice and the beach is private. I also felt very safe. The maintenance crew were friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Elevators quick. I’d come back every year. It is fabulous!

This place is literally exactly like the photographs! Right down to the views from the windows. Check in was super easy, and the place was spotless with great amenities. We had a great couple of days by the beach with the kids and will definitely stay here again next time we're in town. Also, the hosts were great. The views were nice. Beach was great! The kitchen had all of the essentials needed. Plenty of space for spreading out. The place seemed well kept. Things could use a look over. One of the couches had a missing wheel, and the other was breaking. The master bath toilet was loose and would hit the wall. The washer had mold in it. The worst part, though, was roaches. Yes, roaches can be anywhere, but there were lots. I killed 8 in 5 minutes one morning. Yes, I did bring it to their attention. It was a known issue as there were roach glue traps set up under sinks. They were in the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Definitely needs a good fumigation.

It exceeded all my expectations. The property was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the ocean right from the living room and balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sunrise over the water was truly magical.
The interior of the rental was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with toiletries.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach just a few steps away. We enjoyed morning walks along the shore, swimming in the clear blue water, and lounging on the sand. Our host was incredibly hospitable and responsive.

This unit was spacious and beautifully decorated! The beds were comfortable. The ac was not working properly, so they had temporary ac units in 2 of the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom was warm, so they brought box fans. There were plenty of parking spaces. The view of the beach was amazing! The pool area was clean, and workers were friendly.
