We loved our week in PCB in condo 1206 at Sterling Beach Resort. We've stayed at this complex before, but this was the nicest unit by far. Very clean, very well decorated. High end countertops and cabinets. Didn't feel like a rental unit, felt like home. We really had no issues at all. We loved the large table inside and on the balcony. We enjoyed the balcony furniture - made of polywood so nothing was rusty like previous places we've stayed in before. We only wish mother nature would have been better last week - the ocean was rougher than we've seen in years past. Double red flags, which made our ocean time not so enjoyable this year. But we had a great week nonetheless! The condo even had a small beach closet with chairs and a few other things. We used them as well as the provided beach service, which is always great! This year we even used the downstairs grills to grill the fresh pompano fish we caught one day on our fishing charter. Condo was perfect. Thank you!

We had a great time! The room was probably the nicest one we have stayed in at PCB. The view is great, everything was clean and the host was helpful and responsive. The pool at Sterling Beach was great, especially for our toddler because there was a small, 1 ft deep, wading area for her to play in. Would recommend this room to everyone! Only negative was with the Sterling Beach Condo itself. There wasn’t a ramp down to the beach, only stairs so if you have a wagon it is a little difficult getting it down.

We had a great time in Panama City. We’ve had issues with past rentals on our vacations and I have never stayed in a high rise condo for fear of being overcrowded. I was shocked to find #1206 was immaculate, as were the grounds of Sterling Beach Condos and that we had no issues whatsoever. The only thing I could say is the bedroom was a little warmer than I like, but I like to sleep in a very cold room, so most people wouldn’t be bothered by this. We were there at the beginning of off-peak season and it was so peaceful and quiet, at times we were the only people in the pool and on the beach. I work in the travel industry and have been raving about our trip and I would gladly recommend #1206 to any of my fellow airline employees looking for a place to stay in PCB. I would really like to book again next year. Thanks for a great experience!
