Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Beautiful place with direct beach access. Building itself is well maintained and quiet. Easy parking and elevator access to unit. Nearby restaurants and within 20 minutes of just about all there is to do in PCB and only 30 min from airport. Host was responsive with questions we had. Would highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and just as described and pictured! The property was easy to navigate and the staff were very nice. The beach was super peaceful and not crowded at all (atleast while we were there). There were many restaurants within walking distance and just about everything we wanted was within a 15 minute drive. We have no complaints, would definitely recommend!

Great vacation! The condo was beautifully decorated and my family loved the huge TV in the main room! The beach chairs and umbrella that was included with the rental was great, so convenient. It’s not crowded this time of the year so we had no elevator wait- which was wonderful! We will definitely book this place again!

Amazing condo with gorgeous ocean front views! Honestly met my expectations and more. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, completely stacked kitchen! The best part IMO was the section of beach (not crowded, seemed private, there were signs that said tents were not permitted in front of the chairs so we had a great view every day and it was super quiet), included beach chairs/umbrella, and the gigantic pool. We will be back!

We had the most incredible stay at this Panama City Beach condo! The location was unbeatable—right on the beach with a private stretch of sand that included two chairs and an umbrella each day, which made relaxing effortless. The condo itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and outfitted with high-end finishes that made it feel like a true luxury getaway.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and you could tell every detail had been thoughtfully considered for guest comfort. We also loved the huge pool—perfect for a mid-afternoon dip after a morning on the beach. This place truly had everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Real joy as a company was great but I wish the owners offered more amenities! Had 1 kitchen knife, 1 trash bag, 1 packet of dish detergent and absolutely no extras of any kind. No sponge to wash dishes and literally 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Not sure how a family on vacation for a whole week is supposed to live on one of everything! No beach towels or beach toys and I have stayed at MANY beach homes where this is standard. The house itself is so beautiful and decorated to the nines! Absolutely LOVED the decor. Neighborhood wasn’t the nicest part of PCB but it still felt safe and did the job. Building itself can definitely use some updating. Lots of rust and deterioration on the building and the gym. Pool was nice and beach was clean and inviting. Beach chairs are old and weathered and need new cushions and umbrellas but again it did the job. Overall the company was nice but the homeowners could stand to offer a little more than 1 trash bag ect. The decor was elite though!

I loved loved loved the condo. The view was spectacular. The private beach was superb. The amenities were great. The pool was fabulous. The condo was so beautifully decorated that I did not want to leave. I had the most amazing time. There were plenty of restaurants nearby with great food. I could go on and on. This was one of the best airbnbs ever. I truly enjoyed my stay for my bday and my friends did too. Great price for the location for sure. The view alone was worth every penny.

This was my mother's first trip to the ocean. She has terminal cancer. The place couldn't have been more perfect as far as location to beach (short 1 minute walk), picture perfect condo, private beach, heated pool, elevator was easily accessible, restaurants close by, shopping near by, and if we had questions they quickly responded. The view was breathtaking and worth every penny. We could not have asked for a better place to take my mother. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts and the memories we made will be cherished forever.
