Step outside to enjoy the property's private pool and two outdoor courtyards. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. The Main House features three King suites with private ensuite bathrooms, two of which are master suites offering soaking tubs, showers, views, and peaceful retreat spaces. A spacious bunk room features twin-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles and sleeps up to six guests. The Carriage House provides an additional private retreat, making this property especially convenient for larger groups traveling together. It features a queen bedroom, private bathroom, cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The separate space gives guests the flexibility to enjoy time together while still having a private place to retreat. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
