We had an amazing stay! The home is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice! The home was super clean and fully stocked. When we had questions, the host was quick to respond. The location is almost perfect. It is located just a couple blocks from the beach, but there is a strip of beach homes that won’t allow access without a gate code. The public access to the beach is about a 20 min walk per Apple Maps. It can be a lot with small children and a wagon full of food, toys, chairs…We had a great time and would absolutely rent here again!

The house was AMAZING!!! So beautiful!!!! Everyone had room to stretch out and relax. The upstairs bedrooms had sand in the sheets. We called and no one showed to wash or change them. The beach access was a little far, no pop-ups allowed. Parking in general with homes like this is very slim for a house that sleeps 12.

Hello Mary Trail! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that you loved the house—it truly is amazing. It’s fantastic to know that everyone had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. We’re really sorry about the sand in the sheets in the upstairs bedrooms. We apologize if no one was able to come by to wash or change them. We also understand that the beach access was a bit of a trek, and that pop-ups aren’t allowed. Plus, we know parking can be a little tricky for a house that accommodates 12 guests. We really enjoyed our stay at Stay Anchored. There was plenty of room for our two families (family of 4 and family of 5). The community pool was about a 5 minute walk from our vacation home so we chose to drive and park. There was plenty of parking since there was no one else using the pool. The kids got to enjoy the community pool all to themselves and the pool was clean, water temperature was perfect for our kids. The bathrooms were clean and showers stayed hot, even when all three showers were going. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and the propane tank was full of gas for us to grill. The host was responsive and checked in with us via text and phone a few times during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you RealJoy for a great vacation home!

The house is nice and comfortable. Communication is practical. But I think they can improve some aspects, for so many rules that they place have coherence. The garbage goes from Monday to Thursday, if you book a weekend you have to figure out where to go to throw out the garbage. The reception could provide a little more enthusiasm, place more cleaning products or a few bottles of water.

Renting this property was an easy process. Also communication with the owners threw email was perfect and responded on time. House was clean, big enough for 12 people. Enough towels and kitchen had everything that was needed so that we could cook for the family. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

This place is huge. It looks big in the photos, but seems even bigger in person. Very nice rooms, very clean. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed with air bnb. I was hesitant to rent it without any reviews but glad I did. My husband and I took our teenage daughter and 9 of her friends to destin for spring break and there was plenty of room. It was nice to have use of the garage. The only problem we had is that it’s not stocked as well as other place we have rented. I’m assuming that’s because it’s new but there’s no salt and pepper or spices or anything like that. No hand pump soap, only small hotel type bars. So bring some extra supplies but this place is a good choice!
