Stargaze is a peaceful and luxurious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located in the gated Starview Terrace community, just off scenic 30A. This gorgeous home includes a golf cart and 4 bikes for ease and convenience. The upscale interior features an open floor plan, covered balconies, and an all-suite bedroom layout. The 2nd floor features a spacious living space and a dining area that seats 8 people. There is additional seating in the gourmet kitchen highlighted by a waterfall island that has a built-in gas range and stainless-steel appliances. The first master suite is located on the 1st floor and features a King Bed. The 3rd floor of the home features a master suite boasting a King bed, a third bedroom with a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom with Twin over Twin bunk beds and Full over Full bunk beds, allowing this home to sleep 12 guests comfortably. Starview Terrace is a small, gated community located just off Scenic Highway 30A. Secluded by palm trees this area gains a private feel that extends to the updated community amenities, which include a wood-burning fire pit, a covered grill area, a sundeck, and an all-season outdoor pool (not heated). You will find the beach access a short distance away at the Gulfview Heights Access, which includes parking, restrooms, showers, covered picnic tables, and lifeguards (during peak season).

*There is only parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage. There is no overflow parking available in this community. *

Area Attractions:

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1 mile to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis - you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This home was gorgeous & honestly smelled amazing 🤣 we had such a good time! The instructions left by RealJoy on how to access the home & amenities were clear & helpful. The house itself was spacious & accommodating to myself, my husband, our 2 friends & 4 children. We all had our own space which was nice. Everyone at RealJoy was also super friendly & helpful. This was our first time visiting the Santa Rosa Beach / 30A area & we loved it. We will definitely be back!

The entire house inside and out was extremely beautiful and clean. Customer service was amazing, they responded very quickly to any question we had and quickly fixed any issue we had. We enjoyed the beautiful beach house which is in close proximity to the beach of a 10 min walk. The management was just an txt away and resolved our issue with bringing us a brand new grill when the community one was broken. Also, for inconvenience that the broken grill causes us they offered us the use their golf cart for half the nightly rate. Highly recommended and will be back next time.

This beautiful new home was a wonderful place for our 2024 family vacation. The open floor plan, large kitchen and eating area, new appliances & golf cart made this home a step above other options. The pool is shared with only 4 other homes but we mostly had it to ourselves all week. We had no issues that required us to reach out to the owner which is a plus in itself. Things to know about this home: the beach is too far to walk unless you're going without stuff/kids. There is no working grill accessible to the home. The balcony has a horizontal railing/bars that young kids naturally want to climb on, so be hyper aware of kids while on the balcony. But overall, we loved our stay. Santa Rosa is beautiful and has a vibrant restaurant/store front atmosphere.

This is a beautiful new home, with a large kitchen and eating area. We cooked all our meals and the house was fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware we needed except for a grill (the shared grill by the pool was not usable). We had no issues during our stay and did not need to reach out to RealJoy, but they made sure we knew how to reach out to them if we had any issues.
