Welcome to St. Thomas Square Villa 414. This beautiful 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo has everything you need for your next Panama City Beach vacation. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed with a twin trundle in the upstairs guest room, sleeping up to 5 comfortably. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony or check out the amenities available. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in your group to prepare your favorite meal after a full day at the beach. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, perfect for watching a movie. You have a beautiful view of the lake, pool, and dock. There is a pool, sauna, tennis courts, winery, restaurants, and shops on site in the plaza for your enjoyment. For added convenience, you will find a spacious storage closet for all your beach and outdoor essentials. Come let the Villas of St. Thomas be one of your favorite spots in Panama City Beach!

Swim in the crystal clear and refreshing water of the immaculate pool. Tennis and shuffleboard courts are available for your enjoyment. Charcoal grills are located in the pool area. The Mediterranean architecture and the tropical landscape are a constant reminder that you are at the beach! The complex has five Villa buildings that each have 12-14 units. The Plaza building consists of both retail and residential condos. There is a winery, nail salon, hair salon, restaurant, and more on the main level. It was very clean, plenty of space for six people. I booked this and took my daughter, my dad, my younger brother and his two friends. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool was right there which my daughter loved. All in all this was a great place to stay!

Great place to stay. Quiet & very peaceful. The view overlooking the lake was very nice , the pool was very nice and felt great. The dry washer was a little small and the dryer took was to long to dry clothes we had to run the cycle 3 or 4 times to dry a very small load but other than that it was a great place to stay.

I stayed at this Villa for about a month in February and it was really great. The unit was very clean and the view from the balcony is really nice. The queen bed was very comfortable and the unit is pretty quiet. I cooked most of my own meals in the kitchen and only 1 or 2 things could be added (like a large pot).
I would definitely stay here again in the future when I'm in PCB.

Great Family Vacation!
Everything was as advertised and RealJoy were very easy to work with. The vila was gated and I felt safe. It had all the needed amenities to cook a few meals there. The pool area was nice and the sauna was a nice addition . The villa was walking distance to the beach and some great eateries. Shopping outlet was near. Winery and coffee were near. Not a lot of congestion. RealJoy did check in throughout the trip, offered suggestions, and gave easy to follow instructions for check in and out. Overall it was a nice trip.
