This 3BR/2BA, fully updated condo boasts new flooring, new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, a large balcony overlooking the pool, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a king bed in the master, full bed in the first guest room, and a full over full bunk bed in the second guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The complex has been recently updated, including a fully re-modeled master bath and new paint throughout. and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 423 is close to all the great Destin activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

Overall the property was great. There were a few chips in paint on walls and furniture and some things that could be touched up, including the sprinkler on the ceiling in the living room was sticking out further. The room sizes were great and the having two full bathrooms was great. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was clean on arrival and check in process was very easy. We received the codes the day of arrival like stated. Liked that there were basic essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The only thing that I would say was an issue was the amount of towels and wash clothes there were available for 8 people. We had to do laundry a few times just to have towels available for everyone to be able to take showers. Overall location was great close to a lot of attractions, the Harbor Walk and restaurants. Would recommend the at St Martin Beachwalk Villas and renting with Real Joy Rentals. The communication was spot on with them, whenever I had a question there was always a quick response and they made the process to make the payments easy.- Reviewed On: 8/22/2025

We’ve stayed with RealJoy a few times now and every time is the same experience: a well maintained and clean space & a comfortable modern layout is just their standard. Our stay this time also was in a more private location with private beach access. Their communication is also always great as they always respond quickly to any questions or issues, if it isn’t already answered by the information they leave available in the unit.

I would definitely reused this location for my next visit & also refer others, perfect vacation home
I didn’t partake in breakfast, I always cook my own breakfast, but the location was perfect, close to all attractions, restaurants were only 1-3 miles away, the walk to the beach wasn’t fair, just had to walk through another hotel to get to it. Destin family trip.
Checkin, door codes and rules were all very clear and easy to follow. This location accommodated my family and I exactly as we needed. Beds were comfortable and to liking. All appliances were in good working order. The pool and grilling area were enjoyable. Might suggest something to shade the grilling area. All other guests were very friendly and respectable. Took my teenage kiddos and their friends for an end of school year trip to the beach. We all had a blast! Loved that the beach was within walking distance for them to trek back and forth for food (did not need to lug it all to the beach). Full kitchen with all the cooking essentials as far as kitchenware goes. You do need to bring your own food items, like everything! Most AirBNBs I have been to will have like salt and pepper along with a few other spices, maybe some ketchup and mustard. I’m assuming since this is a reality group’s rental instead of a privately owned rental, it does lack that homey essence. Also bring or expect to buy more toilet paper, we had 2 rolls for 6 people for 4 days…lol!
