Welcome to St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 323 which is only a short walk to a private, deeded beach! There are no busy roads to cross, just a pleasant 200-yard stroll puts you on the beach! This spacious 3BR/2BA condo offers a lot of fun and enjoyable space and has a private balcony and washer and dryer for your convivence! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and another guest bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, this lovely condo sleeps 7 guests comfortably. The complex has been recently updated and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. Centrally located in the heart of Destin, this condo is close to all the great activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! *Per HOA (2) vehicle limit for each unit, trailers, RV's, and boats are not allowed. Each parking pass costs $20, instructions on how to pay this will be emailed once the reservation is confirmed.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low-rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is within walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, Pizza Hut, Mellow Mushroom, Chick-Fil-A, Blacklock Seafood Market, and the Pancakery! Great overall stay the mattresses are a bit worn and uncomfortable but other than that It was in close proximity of all fun things to do water park across the way the beach was so nice they have showers so no problem not tracking sand Spacious, and ice machine would be a great touch

We arrived later in the night at first we couldn’t find the place but there is a sign at the beginning of the road we just so happen to over look the place is near all the fun in Destin water park right across the way a short walk to the beach nice size pool and grilling area so nice and peaceful just what we were looking for

Great place close to the beach
