My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's perfect for a small family. There's only one small couch in the living area so that might not be suitable for larger families. The swimming pool is very small as well. Other than that, this condo is perfect.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room for the whole family. The only complaint was while there were strict HOA rules in place, they were not enforced. There was a group staying in the building adjacent to us that was constantly smoking weed on the balcony in plain sight and the smell just lingered. Quiet time was non existent. Between the people just sitting in their vehicles running all hours of the night and the wrestling match going on the floor above us, a good nights rest was hard to come by. Giving it an overall 4 stars and we intend to return but definitely not during a holiday weekend.

A Hidden Gem Just Steps from the Sand! We absolutely loved our stay at St. Martin Beachwalk Villas in Destin! It felt like we had our own private slice of paradise—the beach was just a super short walk away, and we often felt like we had it all to ourselves. Pure bliss! Even without a car, we were amazed at how close we were to everything we needed—shops, food, fun—you name it. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and had the cutest little arcade game that brought out our competitive side (and some serious nostalgia!). But the real standout? The customer service. Any time we had a question, the response was lightning-fast and incredibly helpful—hands down the best rental experience we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for convenience, charm, and some serious R&R.

We enjoyed our stay in March 2025. There were five of us and we had plenty of room. The girls loved the beach, I loved the porch. Something for everyone! Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

This condo is in a 3-story building, on the ground floor and in a corner. Probably one of the best units in the resort. It was just a short walk to the beach, with a private access. The beach is pretty spectacular — sugar white sand, and maybe 100 yards of shallow, wading depth water.
The unit was clean and well stocked. The ONLY negative is the condition of the bedroom carpets and area rugs. They’re worn and stained, especially the master bedroom. But other than that, it was an excellent place to stay!

We stayed here for 8 nights. It was very clean when we arrived. It was a very comfortable stay for all 5 of us (3 adults, 7 year old, and 3 year old), and we all felt very at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the little bit of cooking and eating in that we did. The parking lot flooded a bit when it rained. This didn’t necessarily bother us, but my husband had to move our vehicle each time in order for the rest of us to get in. We will book again for sure!!

This condo is absolutely perfect! Everything was as described and it was PERFECT for 3 of us although a few more people wouldn't have been bad at all! It's a really short walk to the most beautiful US beach I've ever seen! There is a chair/umbrella rental right at the beach entrance and you can actually reserve them (48 hours in advance) and they'll make sure you're right up front and will have it all set up at 9:00 a.m. and they take it all down at 5:00 p.m.! (Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! At least every 2 hours!) The pool looked really cute even though we didn't use it, but the place by the pool to shower off after the beach was so convenient! There's a Dunkin' within walking distance and we totally enjoyed a carry-out seafood dinner from Blalock's! It was rainy one day so we ordered a ton of food from Miller's Ale House and it's was reasonable and SO good! Already planning our next trip to Destin and I hope this place is available! We'll def stay longer next time too!

This condo is centrally located in Destin and has everything you need for a nice stay. The access to the beach was convenient although it was a little but if a walk- not too bad though. We appreciated no stairs at the condo or beach access. The pool is right out front and also walking distance to a Alvin’s Island. Cute decor inside and stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful place to go with a family. Short walk to shops and fun things with family we walked to the candy store almost nightly. A really cool seafood place right behind condo that you can order steamed crab and shrimp and go grab and eat at your condo which was awesome for my family and the littles as taking to a restaurant can be stressful. Walk to the beach is short and the beach is wonderful! Over all just a great place to stay if going to Destin.
