St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald, green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Summer 22

Great location. Walk to the beach not very far. Construction in unit above us was noisy, showered us with sawdust. But improvements must be done. Any requests for attention to the condo were serviced within 15 minutes!! Umbrella crew on the beach were very attentive and professional!! Well supplied and beautiful condo!

Perfect First Snowbird Stay!

The condo was as pictured. We had a good vacation. The response time from Harmony Beach Vacations was timely. Great name for their management company! They want you to be in harmony during your stay! Our philosophy about staying for an extended length of time is to pick up after yourselves, keep your condo clean like it is your own home and to leave no trace of your being there so others may enjoy their peaceful, relaxing stay too!

Worth it!!

This was way better than the pictures make it out to be!! There was so much room for everyone. It was a very quiet place. The pool was especially nice at night. Overall we loved it and we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for our family!

First of all, the condo was very clean! Secondly, it was plenty of room for the six of us, along with plenty of beds (loved the trundle). Lastly, I loved that I could take my family on a really nice vacation, for an affordable price. My kids already miss it!

Overall perfect neighbors are super friendly , place is perfect is located in the middle of everything , from gas station to grocery store to ice cream shop , and activities but most important the seafood market, yummy oysters.

Beautiful Destin Condo with Easy Beach Access!

St Martin Beachwalk Villas #221 is an ideal condo for a family vacation! The condo was spacious, immaculate and beautifully furnished. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, full size kitchen, balcony, and the beach access was just 1 minute away. The pool was just steps from our building and we love the sundecks. Great location for walking to dining and shopping. Walked over to get coffees, seafood and to the beach shop. Can't wait to come back! The beach is absolutely gorgeous!

Perfection

We planned a long weekend away for my mom's 70th birthday. It was my parents, us and 3 children. The layout of the place was perfect for our needs. There was enough space to play for the brief times we were in the condo. The kitchen was functional and offered us the opportunity to cook our meals instead of having to eat out (which is VERY helpful with the kids). I would definitely book here again if we find ourselves in Destin in the future.

This rental accommodated my family's needs. The only downfall was the tenants/residents that were in the unit above us. They seemed to move furniture all night almost every night. Overall this condo was exceptional.

AWESOME PLACE

This condo did not disappoint! It was clean, very well taken care of, perfect location to the beach and to all the amenities of Destin. The owners were nice enough to leave beach towels for our use AND a nice bottle of wine welcoming us to their home! We will be staying here again and would LOVE to own a place in this complex. Small, quite and very well kept!

Spacious, clean, comfortable condo walking distance to the beach.

The condo was very spacious that we had two families (4 adults, 4 young children) fit comfortably. The quick easy walk to the beach was perfect, and our keyless entry system made it easy to come and go as needed. The space was very clean, and enough fresh towels to go around. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super helpful! Our neighbors below were so sweet! I would however recommend getting a new broom or even some sort of cloth swiffer system, and purchase a coffee pot that turns off automatically. Other then that, we had no complaints! We would definitely rent this exact condo again if we should come back to Destin.
