Inside, the condo features a relaxing open layout perfect for family vacations or a trip with friends. Sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay, and a washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer getaways. Whether you're lounging indoors or heading out to enjoy the sun and surf, St. Martin Beachwalk Villas #214 is your perfect home base for a relaxing coastal escape.

* Per HOA (2) vehicle limit for each unit, trailers, RV's, and boats are not allowed. Each parking pass costs $20, instructions on how to pay this will be emailed once the reservation is confirmed.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald, green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

It's directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. In walking distance to Mellow Mushroom and the Pancakery!

Me and my family had an amazing time. definitely the beach access was our favorite part. Also having the pool was very nice to swim in after the beach. We were able to walk to the big kahunas waterpark and the stores in the front without having to even get in the car. The rental was very spacious. And fit our family perfectly. we can’t wait to come back next year and do it all over again.

Spring break getaway

Awesome Destin

Our overall experience was very good. The apartment is extremely well equipped, specially the kitchen. It has all essentials and then some. The only draw back is not having maintenance staff on site. We had problems with our door keypad nit working and had to wait outside our apartment nearly 2 hours for a person to come on property to fix the problem. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Fabulous stay, will be back!

Great stay! We did not receive our code to the door via e-mail, but I called the after hours number and they took care of it right away! We were welcomed by a bottle of wine, and a clean condo waiting. The kitchen was well stocked, and had everything we needed. We were given the wrong gate code, but luckily was behind one of the owners that gave us the right one. Great weather, great food! See you next year!

Would love to live there full time

I was amazing we got there on Saturday an was to leave Tuesday but we called an ask for more days . I would have loved to stay longer it was so nice everything was in good distance to shop get grocery store go to beach an the pool was awesome just for guest only will go back soon . I really want to be a snowbird there still talking husband into that if anyone goes they will love it they r the right size for anyone an the porches r very nice to set on early in the morning an then in afternoon but my husband stayed on it all day long so yes I do recommend you to go an stay there it's awesome an the people are very helpful when you need anything give it a try an you will love it I promise you thanks again harmony your awesome.

Perfect beach vacation!

Our family had a blast on our vacation together! Harmony Beach Vacations went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and booking was a breeze. The condo is beautiful,spacious, comfortable,and clean! Love the great location by the beach, and the beach is private and not crowded. We enjoyed walking to local dining and shops nearby.
