St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 131 is only a short walk to the beach! There are no busy roads to cross, just a pleasant 200-yard stroll down a private beach path. This light, airy 3BR/2BA condo boasts new tile flooring, granite counter tops, a large balcony, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a king bed in the master, queen bed in the first guest room, a twin over full bunk bed in the second guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The complex has been recently updated and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 131 is close to all the great Destin activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low-rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, that this complex does not have an elevator.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, especially for a large family. It was easy for everyone to split up and enjoy their own activities while still being close enough to meet back up. The private beach access was one of our favorite parts!! It was just a short walk away, so we never had to worry about driving or finding parking. The home had plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for our whole family, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to other large families looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

It’s was a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The place was clean except for something sticky on the dining table. It was easy to contact the staff if you had a problem or question. It seemed like a safe place to stay as well. The sticky substance on the dining table that we could not clean off. Y’all need a place to wash the sand off of your feet after being at the beach. The place didn’t have a full length mirror anywhere. These are minor fixes/ problems just wanted to make y’all aware of. Not crazy about being on the third floor with no elevator .. hard to drag luggage up. We are in are late 40’s and early 50’s… we can do it but it’s not quite as easy as it used to be. I know y’all can’t do much about the stairs.. I would definitely stay here again if I could stay on the first or second floor floor. We had a booking nightmare and that’s how we ended up staying here. Honestly , it was a blessing in disguise.

Wonderful

Loved the property location and everything was nice, neat, and clean upon arrival. However, we had problems with two tvs, which they done well accommodating getting us new ones. We did have to wait until the next day though. Also, the bed is very uncomfortable in the master bedroom. It feels like you are sliding upward and the bed is going to fall forward. It was super uncomfortable. Thats the only complaint. Other than that, we loved our stay. Thank you.

My family stayed 3 nights in this apartment. We had a great time and absolutely would return. The only “complaint” I would have would be I wish they would’ve had basic kitchen staples (cooking spray, salt, pepper, etc). We ended up purchasing these items but felt so wasteful at the end of the trip throwing it out. Such a clean place, ac kept us cool and we enjoyed some family time together. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The hosts were responsive and happy to help when I reached out!
